【摘要】：應社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設和全民身體素質(zhì)提高的需要,長春市全民健身逐步實現(xiàn)常態(tài)化發(fā)展。羽毛球運動作為長春市參與群眾最多的三大運動之一,如何在新的全民健身常態(tài)化背景下實現(xiàn)長期可持續(xù)發(fā)展,引起了各界的關注。本文作者采用文獻資料、專家訪談、問卷調(diào)查、邏輯分析等方法,對全民健身常態(tài)化背景下長春市羽毛球運動的發(fā)展路徑進行了深入研究。研究中,首先對長春市全民健身狀況進行了詳細調(diào)查,重點對全民健身的意識、活動開展狀況、和消費意識進行了調(diào)查分析,結果證明長春市群體居民的全民健身意識普遍較高、全民健身活動的開展普及廣泛而深入,居民的整體健身消費水平提高。之后對長春市羽毛球運動的人群特點、活動開展、羽毛球市場的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)長春市羽毛球運動參與人口年齡趨于中青年化,青少年人數(shù)較少;運動開展中活動組織不到位,群眾對羽毛球水平的要求越來越高;長春市羽毛球市場中,消費積極性提高、但總體水平不高,場館的盈利效益較低、用品銷售業(yè)品類日益豐富,但從業(yè)人員專業(yè)性不足,培訓業(yè)市場秩序混亂。研究對全民健身常態(tài)化背景下長春市羽毛球運動發(fā)展面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行了詳細的分析,其中面臨主要機遇有:全民健身意識增強,長春市運動人口基數(shù)增加;社會投入全面增加,運動水平高度提升;為長春市羽毛球運動市場的發(fā)展開拓了新前景。主要挑戰(zhàn)是:人才短缺的挑戰(zhàn)和資源競爭的挑戰(zhàn)。最后,根據(jù)對現(xiàn)狀的分析和機遇挑戰(zhàn)分析,有針對的提出全民健身常態(tài)化背景下長春市羽毛球運動發(fā)展的路徑選擇。(1)加強后備人才支撐之路(2)充分利用學校資源之路(3)市場化產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展之路.
[Abstract]:In response to the needs of socialist modernization and the improvement of the physical quality of the whole people, Changchun's national fitness has gradually achieved regular development. Badminton is one of the three major sports in Changchun that participate in the largest number of people. How to realize the long-term sustainable development in the context of the new normalizing national fitness has attracted the attention of all walks of life. The author adopts the methods of literature, expert interview, questionnaire investigation, logic analysis, etc. In the study, the development path of badminton in Changchun is studied. Firstly, a detailed investigation is made on the state of the whole people's fitness in Changchun, with emphasis on the consciousness and activities of the whole people's fitness. The results show that the awareness of national fitness of the residents of Changchun City is generally high, and the popularization of national fitness activities is widespread and thorough. After the investigation and analysis of the population characteristics, activities and the current situation of badminton market in Changchun, it was found that the age of badminton participation in Changchun tends to be middle and young. The number of young people is relatively small; the organization of sports activities is not in place, and the demands of the masses on badminton level are getting higher and higher. In Changchun badminton market, the consumption enthusiasm is improved, but the overall level is not high, and the profits of the venues and stadiums are low. Supplies sales industry is increasingly rich in categories, but the professionals are not professional enough and the market order of training industry is chaotic. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing the development of badminton in Changchun under the background of normalizing national fitness. Among them, the main opportunities are: the strengthening of national fitness awareness, the increase of the population base of Changchun sports, the overall increase of social investment, the improvement of sports level; It opens up a new prospect for the development of badminton market in Changchun. The main challenges are: the challenge of talent shortage and the challenge of resource competition. Finally, based on the analysis of the present situation and the analysis of opportunities and challenges, It is pointed out that the path selection of badminton development in Changchun under the background of normalizing national fitness should be made use of 2) the way to make full use of school resources and the road of market-oriented industrialization.
