【摘要】：赤足奔跑來自人的天性,馬拉松比賽作為徑賽之一,它具有大眾性、競技性、和觀瞻性,而且已經(jīng)成為國際國內(nèi)非常普及的長跑比賽項目。赤足慢跑偶然被馬拉松長跑運動員用作一種簡單易行練習方式開始受到人們的關(guān)注。隨后,作為一種全新的鍛煉參賽方式逐步得到業(yè)余跑者的認可和推崇。在國內(nèi)外一些長期參與慢跑訓練和比賽的人士的介紹和推薦下,國內(nèi)出現(xiàn)了赤足慢跑鍛煉群體組織。本文以社會學視角,對赤足跑這種“時尚而古老”的鍛煉方式的發(fā)展歷史,主要特征作了初步的探討。并把鍛煉群體的存在發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀置于社會變遷的背景下予以調(diào)查、分析、研究。從對赤足跑鍛煉群體的問卷調(diào)查及個案專訪入手,嘗試分析赤足跑這項體育活動對參與者本身的特點、參與現(xiàn)狀及其與社會之間形成的關(guān)系和影響。最后文章簡要界定其體育鍛煉的社會定位和文化價值并提出了推廣和發(fā)展赤足跑鍛煉群體的可行策略。在論文撰寫過程中,研究采用了文獻資料、調(diào)查問卷、專家訪談,數(shù)理分析等方法,經(jīng)過認真研究探討、科學論證,得出了以下結(jié)論:1.赤足跑慢跑的體育鍛煉方式的出現(xiàn)和推廣,需要借鑒馬拉松比賽在國際國內(nèi)的積極廣泛的推廣和大規(guī)模的開展,這項運動才具備追求高雅、形式新穎、操作簡單、充滿爭議等特征。2.物質(zhì)生活水平顯著提高,人們休閑運動不斷開展,是赤足跑這項運動得以開展,赤足跑鍛煉群體出現(xiàn)和發(fā)展的根本條件。3.發(fā)展赤足跑鍛煉群體,穩(wěn)定參與比例,要在繼續(xù)進行理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,盡量把握這項運動的體育文化形態(tài)特點,找準群體的社會定位,進行具體的訓練和推廣方案設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:Running barefoot comes from human nature. Marathon, as one of the track events, is popular, competitive, and observant. And it has become a very popular long distance running event at home and abroad. Barefoot jogging has been used by marathon runners as an easy way to practice. As a completely new way to participate in sports, it has gradually been recognized and respected by amateur runners. Under the introduction and recommendation of some people at home and abroad who have been involved in jogging training and competition for a long time, There has been a group organization of barefoot jogging in China. This paper, from a sociological perspective, discusses the history of barefoot running as a "fashionable and ancient" exercise method. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the main characteristics, and puts the present situation of the existence and development of the exercise group under the background of social change to investigate, analyze and study it. Try to analyze the characteristics of barefoot running on the participants themselves, Finally, the paper briefly defines the social orientation and cultural value of physical exercise and puts forward feasible strategies to promote and develop barefoot running groups. The research adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical analysis and so on. After careful study and discussion, scientific demonstration, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The emergence and promotion of barefoot jogging physical exercise, It is necessary to draw lessons from the active and extensive promotion and large-scale development of the marathon at home and abroad, so that the sport has the characteristics of elegant pursuit, novel form, simple operation, controversial etc. The standard of material life has improved significantly. People's leisure movement is the basic condition for the emergence and development of barefoot running groups. 3. To develop barefoot running groups and to stabilize participation ratio, we should continue to carry out theoretical research. Try to grasp the sports culture characteristics of this sport, find out the social orientation of the right group, and carry on the concrete training and popularizing scheme design.
