【摘要】：為了促進(jìn)健康中國建設(shè),主要采用文獻(xiàn)資料研究、比較等方法,以全民科學(xué)健身為研究對象,對健康中國建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略、全民科學(xué)健身戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行梳理,剖析全民科學(xué)健身存在的問題,達(dá)求全民健身深度融入健康中國建設(shè)。認(rèn)為全民科學(xué)健身存在著"大健康觀"下頂層設(shè)計(jì)的缺失,體醫(yī)融合力度不夠,運(yùn)動康復(fù)專業(yè)人才匱乏,主動健康養(yǎng)生不強(qiáng)等問題。提出解決問題的的對策:加強(qiáng)"大健康觀"的頂層設(shè)計(jì);共建多部門協(xié)同作戰(zhàn)機(jī)制,體醫(yī)融合共促健康發(fā)展;加強(qiáng)運(yùn)動康復(fù)專業(yè)人才建設(shè);弘揚(yáng)主動健康的理念;加大投入,研制運(yùn)動處方庫。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the construction of healthy China, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research and comparison, taking the national scientific fitness as the research object, and combing the construction strategy of healthy China and the strategy of national scientific fitness. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the national scientific fitness, and tries to integrate the national fitness depth into the construction of healthy China. It is considered that there is a lack of top-level design under the "Great Health View", the strength of physical and medical integration is not enough, and there is a shortage of sports rehabilitation professionals. This paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems, such as strengthening the top-level design of "Great Health View", establishing a multi-department cooperative combat mechanism, combining sports and medicine to promote the healthy development, strengthening the construction of sports rehabilitation professionals; Carry forward the idea of active health; increase investment and develop exercise prescription bank.
