【摘要】：為了響應(yīng)國(guó)家對(duì)高校學(xué)生身體素質(zhì)的重視,打破以往只以學(xué)校為單位組織的競(jìng)技體育的壁壘,增強(qiáng)高校間的互動(dòng)性、進(jìn)一步提高學(xué)生參與體育活動(dòng)的積極性,推動(dòng)秦皇島市高校學(xué)生整體運(yùn)動(dòng)能力的進(jìn)步,進(jìn)一步加快秦皇島市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,筆者提出在秦皇島市擬建高校競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟。聯(lián)盟以促進(jìn)學(xué)生身體健康為宗旨,以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生積極的體育鍛煉心態(tài),樹立終身體育的觀念為目標(biāo)。構(gòu)建秦皇島市高校競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟的提出,是以整個(gè)社會(huì)體育發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下為背景。競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟是高等院校體育教學(xué)改革發(fā)展的實(shí)際需要,同時(shí)也是高�？茖W(xué)發(fā)展和高等教育的需要。在秦皇島市高校之間建立競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟,能夠使成員院校的整體體育教學(xué)水平有所提高,給予優(yōu)秀體育教學(xué)院校以展示教學(xué)成果的機(jī)會(huì),改變過去各高校之間相互脫離單兵作戰(zhàn)的競(jìng)技體育開展方式,使秦皇島市高校競(jìng)技體育優(yōu)勢(shì)資源得以共享,為帶動(dòng)秦皇島市體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了有力條件。構(gòu)建秦皇島市競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟對(duì)學(xué)校、教師、學(xué)生而言都是有利的。對(duì)學(xué)校而言,參與秦皇島市競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟給予了學(xué)校提高名氣的機(jī)會(huì),為學(xué)校間的溝通交流提供了便利,建立與其他高校的良好關(guān)系,為學(xué)校教學(xué)水平的提高提供了便利。對(duì)于教師而言,為優(yōu)秀的體育教師提供了充分發(fā)揮的空間,提高體育教師的工作積極性。給體育教師提供了一個(gè)相互交流、相互切磋的競(jìng)技平臺(tái),為體育教師教學(xué)水平的提高提供練習(xí)平臺(tái)。對(duì)于學(xué)生而言,他們能夠見識(shí)接觸更多的體育項(xiàng)目,培養(yǎng)提高他們對(duì)體育鍛煉,體育項(xiàng)目的參與興趣。文章通過文獻(xiàn)資料研究、對(duì)高校教師的調(diào)查、實(shí)地調(diào)查、訪問相關(guān)專家學(xué)者,使活躍于各學(xué)校的體育活動(dòng),通過高校競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟這一組織,擴(kuò)大競(jìng)技體育的影響力,使學(xué)生更加重視體育,提高學(xué)校的知名度,使高校間的競(jìng)技體育形成一定的規(guī)模,具有一定的比賽規(guī)律和影響力,根據(jù)各學(xué)校的辦學(xué)條件,開展課程的特點(diǎn)劃分區(qū)域,建立適合于大學(xué)生的競(jìng)技體育聯(lián)盟。讓每一個(gè)學(xué)生都可以參與其中,讓運(yùn)動(dòng)屬于每一位學(xué)生,真正使體育活動(dòng)深入到學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)生活中,為其形成良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)習(xí)慣、樹立正確的鍛煉方式打下結(jié)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to respond to the national emphasis on the physical quality of college students, break the barriers of competitive sports, which used to be organized only by schools, enhance the interaction among colleges and universities, and further improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities. To promote the progress of the overall sports ability of university students in Qinhuangdao City, and further accelerate the development of the sports industry in Qinhuangdao City, the author proposes to build a competitive sports federation in Qinhuangdao City. The purpose of the alliance is to promote the health of the students. In order to cultivate students' active physical training mentality and establish the concept of lifelong physical education, the paper puts forward the establishment of Qinhuangdao University Athletic Sports League. Under the background of the development of sports in the whole society, the competitive sports alliance is the actual need of the reform and development of physical education in colleges and universities. At the same time, it is also the need for the scientific development of colleges and universities and higher education. The establishment of competitive sports alliances among colleges and universities in Qinhuangdao City can improve the overall level of physical education teaching in member colleges and universities. To give excellent sports teaching colleges and universities the opportunity to show the teaching achievements, to change the way of developing competitive sports which were separated from each other in the past, so that the advantage resources of competitive sports of universities in Qinhuangdao can be shared. The investigation of university teachers, field investigation, visiting relevant experts and scholars, making the sports activities active in each school, expanding the influence of competitive sports, making students pay more attention to sports, through the organization of competitive sports alliance in colleges and universities, To improve the popularity of schools, to form a certain scale of competitive sports among colleges and universities, to have certain rules of competition and influence, and to divide the areas of courses according to the conditions of running schools, Set up a competitive sports league suitable for college students. Let every student participate in it, let sports belong to every student, make sports activities go deep into students' study and life, form good sports habits for them.
