身體鍛煉對中老年人數(shù)字運算能力影響的ERPs研究

【摘要】:目的:采用事件相關(guān)電位技術(shù)考察中老年人身體鍛煉對數(shù)字運算能力老化延緩作用。方法:30位中老年參與者參與本研究,剔除無效數(shù)據(jù),剩余有效參與者26人。使用德國Brain Products公司的ERP記錄與分析系統(tǒng)記錄參與者完成數(shù)字運算任務(wù)(簡單加減運算測驗)時的EEG信號。結(jié)果:1)行為學上,鍛煉組反應(yīng)時為(2 153.847±589.919)ms,非鍛煉組反應(yīng)時為(3 098.449±773.798)ms;進行獨立樣本t檢驗顯示,2組別反應(yīng)時差異可靠,t=-3.500,P0.01。2)腦電方面,在頂點Pz上,鍛煉組P200~300波幅為(3.396±1.913)μV,非鍛煉組P200~300波幅為(1.719±0.716)μV;中央點Cz上,鍛煉組P200~300波幅為(5.180±2.251)μV,非鍛煉組P200~300波幅為(3.517±1.192)μV。對2組別的P200~300波幅進行差異檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)2組別的P200~300波幅的差異顯著,F(1,24)=7.834,P0.05,partialη2=0.246,2個電極點上P200~300波幅的差異也可靠,F(1,24)=59.381,P0.001,partialη2=0.712。電極點和組別之間交互作用不可靠,F(1,24)=0.976,P0.05。結(jié)論:有氧鍛煉延緩了數(shù)字運算能力的老化速度,體現(xiàn)在大腦機能上是鍛煉者較非鍛煉者的ERPs(P200~300)波幅更大,能夠動員更多的神經(jīng)元同步興奮。這提示在數(shù)字認知加工的早期階段,鍛煉者與非鍛煉者腦內(nèi)即出現(xiàn)加工的差異,鍛煉者的認知加工資源動員程度更高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of physical exercise on aging of digital arithmetic in middle-aged and old people by using event-related potential technique. Methods: 30 middle-aged and aged participants participated in this study to eliminate invalid data. The remaining active participants were 26. The ERP recording and analysis system of Brain Products, Germany, was used to record the EEG signals of the participants when they completed the numerical task (simple addition and subtraction test). The result was: 1) Behavioral, The response time of the exercise group was 2153.847 鹵589.919 msand that of the non-exercise group was 3 098.449 鹵773.798ms; the independent sample t test showed that the difference of the reaction time of the two groups was reliable (P 0.01.2). In the peak Pz, the peak Pz of the exercise group was 3.396 鹵1.913) 渭 V, the P200300 amplitude of the non-exercise group was 1.719 鹵0.716 渭 V, and the central point Cz was 1.719 鹵0.716 渭 V, respectively. The amplitude of P200C300 was 5.180 鹵2.251 渭 V in the exercise group and 3.517 鹵1.1922 渭 V in the non-exercise group. It was found that there were significant differences in the amplitudes of P200C300 between the two groups. The difference in the amplitude of P200C300 between the two groups was significant. Conclusion: exercise can delay the aging rate of digital computing ability by training. The difference of P200C300 amplitude on two electrode points is also reliable. The interaction between the electrode points and the groups is not reliable, and the interaction between the electrode points and the groups is not reliable. This suggests that in the early stages of digital cognitive processing, the differences in processing occur in the brains of the exercisers and the non-exercisers. The degree of mobilization of cognitive processing resources of exercisers was higher.
