PBL輔助教學(xué)法應(yīng)用在排球正面雙手墊球技術(shù)教學(xué)中的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著學(xué)校體育越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注和重視,如何在有限的課時(shí)范圍內(nèi)提高學(xué)生技能水平,激發(fā)學(xué)生對(duì)體育鍛煉的積極主動(dòng)性,促進(jìn)學(xué)生綜合能力的提升,成為了高校公共體育課教師亟待解決的課題。本研究以甘肅醫(yī)學(xué)院2015級(jí)排球選項(xiàng)課學(xué)生作為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象和對(duì)照對(duì)象,選取了排球正面雙手墊球技術(shù)為內(nèi)容,采用PBL輔助教學(xué)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,對(duì)所取得的課堂效果進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)比較。研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法相結(jié)合進(jìn)行,探討分析了PBL輔助教學(xué)對(duì)墊球理論知識(shí)和技術(shù)水平的影響;對(duì)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)提升的影響;對(duì)教師發(fā)揮作用和角色轉(zhuǎn)變的影響,為提高醫(yī)學(xué)生排球課教學(xué)效果和體育課教學(xué)方法改革提供參考和依據(jù),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,在醫(yī)學(xué)院校體育選項(xiàng)課教學(xué)中把PBL教學(xué)法與傳統(tǒng)體育教學(xué)法進(jìn)行有機(jī)結(jié)合,實(shí)驗(yàn)班的課堂教學(xué)效果比較明顯的好于對(duì)照班,在教學(xué)開(kāi)展過(guò)程中,有效的提升了學(xué)生在練習(xí)時(shí)的專(zhuān)注力,使得師生之間、生生之間的相互交流和探討得到加強(qiáng),有效的提升了自學(xué)能力,培養(yǎng)了發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力,這些能力和意識(shí)的提高,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)主動(dòng)性的有效促進(jìn)起到了非常積極的作用。充分激發(fā)學(xué)生的表現(xiàn)欲望并大大增強(qiáng)他們的自信心。PBL輔助教學(xué)讓學(xué)生的整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程得到了很大推動(dòng),更深層次的激發(fā)出學(xué)生進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)、練習(xí)的熱情。課堂上營(yíng)造出了團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作、互幫互學(xué)的熱烈氛圍,極大的激發(fā)了每個(gè)成員的集體榮譽(yù)感和個(gè)人在組內(nèi)的聰明才智發(fā)揮,為了一個(gè)共同的目標(biāo)各盡所能,相互溝通,相互交流學(xué)習(xí),相互鼓勵(lì)帶動(dòng),相互指導(dǎo)幫助。有助于學(xué)生將理論知識(shí)和實(shí)踐練習(xí)得到有效結(jié)合,促進(jìn)了技術(shù)動(dòng)作更快的掌握,通過(guò)反饋和指導(dǎo),又進(jìn)一步提高了學(xué)生用實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)和補(bǔ)充理論的能力。結(jié)合解剖學(xué)、生理學(xué)知識(shí),讓運(yùn)動(dòng)與醫(yī)學(xué)知識(shí)交叉融合,促進(jìn)了學(xué)生對(duì)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí)和理解。
[Abstract]:With more and more attention being paid to school physical education, how to improve the students' skill level in the limited time range, how to stimulate the students' active initiative to physical exercise, and how to promote the students' comprehensive ability. It has become an urgent task for public physical education teachers in colleges and universities. This study takes the students of the 2015 volleyball elective course in Gansu Medical College as the experimental object and the control object, and selects the volleyball forehand cushion technology as the content. In this paper, PBL assisted teaching is used to carry out the empirical research, and the classroom effect is tested and compared. The research is carried out by the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics. This paper discusses and analyzes the influence of PBL assisted instruction on the theoretical knowledge and technical level of the ball, on the improvement of students' comprehensive quality, on the influence of teachers' role and role change, In order to improve the teaching effect of volleyball and the reform of physical education teaching method for medical students, it was proved by experiment that PBL teaching method and traditional physical education teaching method should be combined organically in the teaching of elective course of physical education in medical colleges and universities. The effect of classroom teaching in the experimental class is obviously better than that in the control class. In the process of teaching, the students' concentration in practice is effectively enhanced, so that the communication and discussion between teachers and students and between students and students are strengthened. Improved self-learning skills, problem detection, problem analysis and problem-solving skills, and increased awareness and awareness. It has played a very positive role in the effective promotion of students' learning initiative. Fully stimulating students' desire for expression and greatly enhancing their self-confidence. PBL assisted teaching has greatly promoted the whole learning process of students. A deeper level of enthusiasm for students to learn and practice. The classroom creates a warm atmosphere of teamwork and mutual learning, which greatly inspires the collective sense of honor of each member and the individual's intelligence in the group. In order to achieve a common goal, to do their best, to communicate with each other, to communicate with each other, to learn, to encourage each other, to guide each other, to help students to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practical practice, and to promote faster mastery of technical movements. Through feedback and guidance, the students' ability to test and supplement theory with practice is further improved. Combined with anatomy and physiology knowledge, sports and medical knowledge are intersected, and the students' learning and understanding of relevant professional knowledge are promoted.
