【摘要】：網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)是一項(xiàng)對(duì)國(guó)民身體健康及體育素質(zhì)鍛煉都很有意義的國(guó)際化運(yùn)動(dòng)。但是網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)源于西方,在我國(guó)的普及和推廣程度都比較欠缺,我國(guó)在網(wǎng)球項(xiàng)目的國(guó)際大賽上也一直表現(xiàn)平平。但是運(yùn)動(dòng)員李娜的輝煌成就給我國(guó)網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的影響力及網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的進(jìn)一步開展打開了寶貴的機(jī)遇之門。而作為網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)推廣的主要責(zé)任單位,高校以其豐富的教育教學(xué)及人才資源應(yīng)當(dāng)擔(dān)當(dāng)起首要責(zé)任。高校由于人才的聚集和訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)地的優(yōu)勢(shì),不僅可以將網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在年輕人中推廣開來,還應(yīng)當(dāng)主動(dòng)積極對(duì)該運(yùn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行研究和組織,而隨著網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)在高校的開展和普及,對(duì)于專業(yè)網(wǎng)球人才的需求也不斷增長(zhǎng)。面對(duì)目前畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的困境及網(wǎng)球發(fā)展師資力量,研究人員的欠缺,各高校應(yīng)該就該方面的問題相互交流,學(xué)習(xí)�；ハ嘤懻摻鉀Q辦法。本研究中以訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法及相關(guān)資料調(diào)查法為主要研究方式,以山西省八所開設(shè)了網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)的普通高校為研究對(duì)象,通過這幾所高校中網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的開展現(xiàn)狀及網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)查并加以分析,對(duì)普通高校網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)開展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題以及就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行研究,并得出以下結(jié)論:1、調(diào)查對(duì)象中大部分學(xué)校的網(wǎng)球?qū)I(yè)場(chǎng)地建設(shè)程度差,較正常教學(xué)要求差距大。師資力量薄弱,兼職及非專業(yè)教師為主流。2、調(diào)查對(duì)象學(xué)校的網(wǎng)球課程開展及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)較好,但是多數(shù)學(xué)校開設(shè)課程較晚。學(xué)生上課情況較差。3、山西省普通高校體育專業(yè)網(wǎng)球教師的職稱結(jié)構(gòu)并不是十分協(xié)調(diào),雖然在學(xué)歷上比較合理,但是專業(yè)網(wǎng)球出身的教師并不多。4、研究對(duì)象中校內(nèi)的網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)畢業(yè)生在求職與就業(yè)中最終從事網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)相關(guān)行業(yè)的畢業(yè)生比例較少。5、調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況與學(xué)生在校參加的課程設(shè)置有很大關(guān)系。網(wǎng)球相關(guān)教育教學(xué)、專項(xiàng)技術(shù)、管理、觀察、創(chuàng)新等能力是一定要具有的。6、山西省現(xiàn)階段網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)并沒有得到廣泛的發(fā)展,在發(fā)展空間上還有很大的提升空間,從而為網(wǎng)球?qū)ｍ?xiàng)畢業(yè)生提供更多的就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Tennis is an international sport that has great significance for national health and physical quality training. However, tennis originated in the West, and its popularity and promotion in our country are relatively lacking. However, the brilliant achievements of player Li Na have opened the door of precious opportunities for the influence of Chinese tennis and the further development of tennis. The main unit responsible for the promotion of the ball game, Colleges and universities, with their abundant education, teaching and human resources, should bear the primary responsibility. Due to the advantages of talent gathering and training grounds, colleges and universities can not only popularize tennis among young people. With the development and popularization of tennis in colleges and universities, the demand for professional tennis talents is also increasing. In the face of the plight of graduates' employment and the development of tennis teachers, we should take the initiative to study and organize the sport. Lack of researchers, universities and colleges should exchange, learn and discuss solutions to this problem. In this study, interviews, questionnaires and related materials are the main research methods. Taking eight special colleges and universities in Shanxi Province as the research object, through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of tennis sports and the employment situation of tennis graduates in these colleges and universities, The present situation, existing problems and employment situation of tennis in colleges and universities are studied, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The degree of tennis professional court construction in most of the universities investigated is poor. The gap is larger than normal teaching requirements, teachers are weak, part-time and non-professional teachers are the mainstream. The tennis curriculum of the investigated school is developing and developing trend is better. However, most of the schools offer courses later. The students have a poor class. 3. The professional title structure of tennis teachers majoring in physical education in ordinary universities in Shanxi Province is not very harmonious, although it is reasonable in terms of academic qualifications. However, the number of professional tennis teachers is not many. The proportion of tennis graduates in the study was less. 5%. The survey found that the proportion of tennis graduates in the field of tennis related to the job search and employment is lower. The employment situation has a lot to do with the curriculum offered by the students at school. Special skills, management, observation, innovation and other abilities must be possessed. At the present stage, tennis in Shanxi Province has not been extensively developed, and there is still a lot of room for improvement in the development space. In order to provide more employment opportunities for tennis graduates.
