【摘要】：傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)是我國(guó)獨(dú)有的一種傳統(tǒng)體育形式,有史以來就是中華民族的國(guó)粹珍寶,是我們祖先為我們留下的豐厚遺產(chǎn)。在中國(guó)上下五千年的歷史發(fā)展中,傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)不斷適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展,吸收優(yōu)秀民族文化的營(yíng)養(yǎng),形成獨(dú)具特色,同時(shí)又可以增進(jìn)人們健康、愉悅?cè)藗兙竦捏w育運(yùn)動(dòng)。本文基于養(yǎng)生的視域,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、專家訪談、田野調(diào)查、邏輯歸納等研究方法來對(duì)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)現(xiàn)代傳承與發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析探討。通過對(duì)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及傳承現(xiàn)狀,得知作為文化瑰寶的傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)在傳承和發(fā)展上遇到很多困難,正在逐步走向衰弱,究其原因,是人們對(duì)傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的理解不足和認(rèn)識(shí)的不到位,導(dǎo)致傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的傳承及發(fā)展處于下滑趨勢(shì)。研究中指出養(yǎng)生視域下傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)現(xiàn)代傳承的必要性,是解決現(xiàn)代人們的健康危機(jī)的利刃,是國(guó)家向前進(jìn)步中不可缺少的體育項(xiàng)目之一,傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)隨著現(xiàn)代發(fā)展逐漸變化,技擊價(jià)值不應(yīng)該忽視,健身功能日益凸顯,養(yǎng)生視域下傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)的技術(shù)屬性,傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)養(yǎng)生的練習(xí)方式,從歷史的角度、宗教思想的角度、中醫(yī)學(xué)的角度、養(yǎng)生方法的角度等,進(jìn)行更深層次的分析傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)養(yǎng)生的現(xiàn)代傳承價(jià)值作用,包括其健身價(jià)值、文化教育功效、社會(huì)效用等,總結(jié)得出養(yǎng)生視域下傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)現(xiàn)代傳承與發(fā)展的限制因素,需要遵循的原則和對(duì)策方法,旨為養(yǎng)生視域下傳統(tǒng)武術(shù)現(xiàn)代傳承與發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)和可實(shí)路徑。
[Abstract]:Traditional Wushu is a unique form of traditional sports in our country. It has always been the quintessence of the Chinese nation and a rich legacy left by our ancestors. In the course of five thousand years of historical development in China, Traditional Wushu constantly adapts to the social development, absorbs the excellent national culture nutrition, forms the unique characteristic, at the same time can promote the people's health, the pleasure people's spirit sports. Expert interview, field investigation, logical induction and other research methods to analyze and discuss the modern inheritance and development of traditional Wushu. Knowing that the traditional Wushu, as a cultural treasure, has encountered many difficulties in its inheritance and development, and is gradually debilitating, the reason is that people do not have enough understanding and understanding of the traditional Wushu. It is pointed out in the research that the necessity of modern inheritance of traditional Wushu from the perspective of health preservation is a sharp edge to solve the health crisis of modern people. Traditional Wushu is one of the indispensable sports in the progress of our country. With the development of modern times, the value of traditional Wushu should not be ignored, the fitness function is becoming more and more prominent, and the technical attributes of traditional Wushu in the perspective of health preservation should not be ignored. From the angle of history, religious thought, traditional Chinese medicine and methods of health preservation, this paper analyzes the value of modern inheritance of traditional Wushu, including its fitness value, from the perspective of history, religion, medicine and methods of health preservation, and so on, in order to make a deeper analysis of the value of traditional Wushu in preserving one's health, including its fitness value. Cultural and educational efficacy, social utility, and so on, summed up the traditional Wushu modern inheritance and development under the scope of health constraints, the principles and countermeasures to be followed, The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical path for the inheritance and development of traditional Wushu.
