【摘要】：目的:監(jiān)測國家跳水隊隊員備戰(zhàn)國際大賽的身心狀態(tài)并探析測評指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性。方法:(1)采用血紅蛋白(HGB)等指標(biāo),結(jié)合心境狀態(tài)之疲勞、精力指標(biāo)監(jiān)測國家跳水隊18名隊員備戰(zhàn)2015年喀山跳水世錦賽的身心狀態(tài);(2)采用HGB等指標(biāo),結(jié)合心理疲勞指標(biāo)監(jiān)測國家跳水隊13名隊員備戰(zhàn)2016年里約跳水世界杯賽期間的身心狀態(tài);(3)將生化與心理指標(biāo)測量值進(jìn)行雙變量相關(guān)性分析。結(jié)果:(1)備戰(zhàn)世錦賽隊員COR水平最后2周急劇下降,但其他生化指標(biāo)水平較為穩(wěn)定,精力水平先驟降后穩(wěn)定;(2)備戰(zhàn)世界杯賽隊員Ig G、Ig M、Ig A、HCT水平先上升后平穩(wěn),HGB水平持續(xù)上升,FE水平在集訓(xùn)最后2周上升,心理疲勞之成就感降低水平下降;(3)生化與心理指標(biāo)測量值的相關(guān)性不具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:(1)備戰(zhàn)世錦賽隊員機(jī)能狀態(tài)整體較穩(wěn)定、精力水平先驟降后穩(wěn)定,備戰(zhàn)世界杯賽隊員機(jī)能狀態(tài)處于逐級改善態(tài)勢、成就感水平提高;(2)備戰(zhàn)期間運動負(fù)荷合理、集訓(xùn)環(huán)境適宜以及領(lǐng)隊和教練員決策合理且與世錦賽、世界杯賽的成績相契合,但生化與心理指標(biāo)監(jiān)測互不可替且應(yīng)將兩者結(jié)合同步實施。
[Abstract]:Objective: to monitor the physical and mental state of the members of the national diving team in preparation for the international competition and to explore the correlation of the evaluation indexes. Methods: using the indexes such as hemoglobin (HGB), combined with the fatigue of state of mind, Energy indicators to monitor the state of mind and body of 18 members of the national diving team in preparation for the 2015 Kashan diving World Championships) using HGB and other indicators, The physical and mental state of 13 members of the national diving team during the Rio diving world cup on 2016 was monitored with the mental fatigue index). The bivariate correlation analysis between the biochemical and psychological indexes was carried out. The results showed that: 1) preparing for the world championships. The level of COR decreased sharply in the last two weeks. However, the level of other biochemical indexes was relatively stable. Energy level first plummeted and then stabilized. (2) the level of Ig GGN Ig mg AHCT of World Cup preparation players first rose first and then steadily increased HGB level. The level of FE rose in the last two weeks of training. There was no significant correlation between the biochemical and psychological index measurements. Conclusion: 1) the functional state of the World Championship preparation team is stable, and the energy level drops first and then stabilizes. In preparation for the World Cup, the functional status of the players is improved step by step, and the level of achievement is raised. 2) during the preparations, the sports load is reasonable, the training environment is suitable, and the leaders and coaches make reasonable decisions that are in line with the results of the World Championships and the World Cup. But the monitoring of biochemical and psychological indicators should be carried out synchronously.
