負(fù)重超等長訓(xùn)練對排球運(yùn)動員下肢爆發(fā)力影響的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:我國目前已經(jīng)將負(fù)重超等長訓(xùn)練廣泛應(yīng)用到運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練實(shí)踐中去,并取得了豐碩的成果。但目前在青少年人群中應(yīng)用還存在著許多的問題。一方面負(fù)重超等長訓(xùn)練的周期與負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度仍舊需要根據(jù)人群和項(xiàng)目特征進(jìn)一步研究;另一方面訓(xùn)練中如何在安全有效的原則下,更好地利用彈性勢能。因此,本文將采用負(fù)重超等長訓(xùn)練理論方法對排球運(yùn)動員的下肢爆發(fā)力的影響因素進(jìn)行研究,探討適宜的訓(xùn)練負(fù)荷強(qiáng)度對青少年排球運(yùn)動員專項(xiàng)能力的改善效果,研究中從吉林大學(xué)體育學(xué)院運(yùn)動訓(xùn)練專業(yè)選擇16名青年男子排球運(yùn)動員,將其分為實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組,分別采用8周的常規(guī)負(fù)重力量訓(xùn)練和負(fù)重超等長訓(xùn)練,其中實(shí)驗(yàn)組將進(jìn)行負(fù)重跳深和下蹲跳訓(xùn)練,對照組則進(jìn)行高抬腿和蛙跳訓(xùn)練,通過測量實(shí)驗(yàn)前后的CMJ動力學(xué)參數(shù)和下肢等速肌力,得出各項(xiàng)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并通過對各項(xiàng)數(shù)據(jù)的比較和分析,得出主要結(jié)論如下:(1)排球運(yùn)動員的峰值力表現(xiàn)上都有了較大幅度的提高,實(shí)驗(yàn)組增幅達(dá)12.3%,對照組增幅也高達(dá)13.08%,可見組間并沒有表現(xiàn)出差異性,而從峰值功率、單位功率和快速力量指數(shù)等值比較上看實(shí)驗(yàn)后均值均比實(shí)驗(yàn)前大幅度提高,且實(shí)驗(yàn)組提高幅度要明顯優(yōu)于對照組。(2)排球運(yùn)動運(yùn)動員下肢的髖關(guān)節(jié)、膝關(guān)節(jié)、踝關(guān)節(jié)的屈伸肌群峰值力矩有顯著性增長,如髖關(guān)節(jié)屈肌群峰值力矩實(shí)驗(yàn)組增幅可達(dá)9.6%,而對照組增幅為2.2%,其他數(shù)據(jù)的對比均可發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)組與對照組相比增長呈顯著性差異;在下肢關(guān)節(jié)的屈、伸肌群峰值功率數(shù)值變化上,實(shí)驗(yàn)后也顯著性增長,增幅普遍高于對照組。(3)8周訓(xùn)練之后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在CMJ測試成績上,平均增加了4.8±1.3cm,增幅達(dá)到了15.1%,而傳統(tǒng)的負(fù)重練習(xí)組平均增加幅度為2.1±0.5,提升幅度為6.4%,表明負(fù)重超等長訓(xùn)練對于提高排球運(yùn)動員的縱跳成績更為有效。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has widely applied the training of overloading equal length to the practice of sports training. But there are still many problems in the application of this method. On the one hand, the cycle and load intensity of the load overload training still need to be further studied according to the characteristics of the population and the project. On the other hand, under the principle of safety and efficiency, how to make better use of elastic potential energy. To explore the effect of appropriate training load on the special ability of young volleyball players, 16 young male volleyball players were selected from the sports training major of Jilin University physical Education College and divided into experimental group and control group. Eight weeks of conventional weight bearing strength training and weight overloading training were used respectively. The experimental group was trained with weight jump and squat jump, while the control group was trained with high leg lift and breaststroke, and the control group was trained with high leg lift and leaping breaststroke, and the control group was trained with high leg lift and breaststroke. By measuring the kinetic parameters of CMJ and the isokinetic muscle strength of the lower extremity before and after the experiment, the relevant data were obtained, and the data were compared and analyzed. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) the peak power of volleyball players has been greatly improved. The experimental group has increased by 12.3and the control group by 13.08. it can be seen that there is no difference between the groups, but from the peak power, The average value of the unit power and the fast strength index after the experiment were significantly higher than that before the experiment, and the increase of the experimental group was obviously better than that of the control group. 2) the hip joint and knee joint of the lower extremities of the volleyball athletes were significantly better than those of the control group. The peak torque of flexion and extensor muscles of ankle joint increased significantly, such as the increase of peak torque of flexion muscle group of hip joint reached 9.6in the experimental group, and the increase in the control group was 2.2. The comparison of other data can find that the growth of the experimental group is significantly different from that of the control group. The peak power of flexion and extensor group of lower extremity joints also increased significantly after the experiment. The increase was generally higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of training. The CMJ test scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group after 8 weeks of training. The average increase was 4.8 鹵1.3 cm, the increase was 15.1cm, while in the traditional weight-bearing exercise group, the average increase was 2.1 鹵0.5, and the lifting amplitude was 6.4. the results showed that the weight overload training was more effective to improve the performance of volleyball players.
