廊坊市高職院校瑜伽課程開(kāi)展的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析

【摘要】:瑜伽是一項(xiàng)具有較高鍛煉價(jià)值的時(shí)尚運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目,越來(lái)越受到人們的關(guān)注。該項(xiàng)目無(wú)論從健身、減肥塑形還是從意識(shí)形態(tài)、生活方式等眾多方面為鍛煉者帶來(lái)很多益處。近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高等院校體育教學(xué)不斷改革,瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)也作為新興的高校體育課程進(jìn)行開(kāi)展,從而完善了高校公共體育課項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)。目前,從開(kāi)設(shè)瑜伽課程的高等院校分析,大部分均停留在理論階段,以研究公立院校研究為主,對(duì)于民辦的高職院校瑜伽課程現(xiàn)狀系統(tǒng)研究較少。故本文以廊坊高職院校瑜伽課程開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀為例進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,對(duì)瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)在高職院校更好的開(kāi)展具有重要意義。本研究運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、專(zhuān)家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法和邏輯分析法,對(duì)廊坊市5所高職院校進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。通過(guò)對(duì)廊坊市5所高職院校瑜伽課程開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀、教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀、師資力量以及學(xué)生參與情況等內(nèi)容的調(diào)查,以及對(duì)廊坊市5所高職院校瑜伽課程影響因素分析,最后得出以下結(jié)論:1.廊坊市高職院校瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)有一定的普及率,5所學(xué)校中有4所學(xué)校開(kāi)展了瑜伽課程,而且全部作為選修課形式出現(xiàn),課時(shí)較少,教學(xué)內(nèi)容選擇不夠全面,沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一教材,且教學(xué)方法較傳統(tǒng)。2.授課教師均為女性,且都是從體育其他項(xiàng)目中途轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)來(lái)的,大都為初級(jí)水平,基礎(chǔ)一般;研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這些教師任職后相關(guān)培訓(xùn)少,具備瑜伽相關(guān)證書(shū)的教師更少,廊坊市高職院校應(yīng)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,適當(dāng)對(duì)部分男教師也進(jìn)行瑜伽教學(xué)針對(duì)性的培訓(xùn)。3.選修瑜伽的學(xué)生性別比例差異較大,以女性為主;從習(xí)練動(dòng)機(jī)方面看,各有所求;學(xué)生對(duì)瑜伽教師最主要的期望是提高其專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)、加強(qiáng)師生間的互動(dòng)。4.影響廊坊市高職院校瑜伽課程發(fā)展的主要原因有:校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視程度不高,師資力量差,課程設(shè)置不合理,習(xí)練場(chǎng)地、設(shè)施缺乏,宣傳力度不夠。為了使廊坊市高職院校瑜伽課更好開(kāi)展,本人針對(duì)以上存在的問(wèn)題,提出幾點(diǎn)建議:(1)加強(qiáng)瑜伽師資力量;(2)完善瑜伽教學(xué)設(shè)置;(3)大力開(kāi)展瑜伽課外活動(dòng);(4)改善瑜伽習(xí)練場(chǎng)館、設(shè)施等條件;(5)加大瑜伽運(yùn)動(dòng)宣傳力度。
[Abstract]:Yoga is a fashion sport with high exercise value, which has attracted more and more attention. It brings a lot of benefits to exercisers in many aspects, such as fitness, weight loss molding, ideology, lifestyle, etc. In recent years, With the continuous reform of physical education in colleges and universities in our country, yoga has been carried out as a new physical education course in colleges and universities, thus perfecting the structure of public physical education courses in colleges and universities. Most of them stay in the theoretical stage, mainly to study the public colleges and universities, but there is little systematic research on the current situation of yoga courses in private vocational colleges. Therefore, this paper takes Langfang higher vocational colleges as an example to investigate and analyze the present situation of yoga courses. This study uses the methods of literature, investigation, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. Based on the investigation and analysis of 5 higher vocational colleges in Langfang city, the present situation of yoga courses, teaching status, teachers' strength and students' participation in the Yoga course in 5 vocational colleges in Langfang City are investigated. This paper also analyzes the influencing factors of yoga courses in 5 vocational colleges in Langfang city, and finally draws the following conclusions: 1.Yoga sports in Langfang vocational colleges have a certain popularization rate and 4 of 5 schools have carried out yoga courses. Moreover, all of them appear as elective courses, with fewer hours, insufficient choice of teaching contents, no unified teaching materials, and more traditional teaching methods. 2. The teaching teachers are all female, and all of them are transferred from other sports events midway through. Most of them are at the primary level, and the foundation is general. The study found that these teachers have less relevant training after taking office, and fewer teachers have yoga related certificates, and Langfang vocational colleges should be based on the actual situation. Appropriate to some male teachers also targeted yoga teaching training .3.The gender ratio of the students taking Yoga is different, mainly female, from the point of view of practice motivation, each has its own needs; The main expectation of students to yoga teachers is to improve their professional knowledge and strengthen the interaction between teachers and students. The main reasons that affect the development of yoga curriculum in Langfang vocational colleges are: the school leaders pay less attention to yoga, the teachers are poor, and the curriculum is unreasonable. In order to make the yoga course of Langfang higher vocational college develop better, I aim at the above problems. Several suggestions are put forward: 1) strengthening teachers of Yoga 2) perfecting the teaching system of Yoga 3) vigorously developing Yoga extracurricular activities 4) improving Yoga practice venues and facilities, etc.) strengthening the propaganda of Yoga.
