【摘要】：運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、歷史分析法、訪談法等研究方法,對(duì)美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育成長(zhǎng)因素及其特征進(jìn)行了深度剖析。在回顧美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育的社會(huì)化管理模式、體教結(jié)合的人才培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、大學(xué)生體育聯(lián)合會(huì)(NCAA)管理體制、職業(yè)體育聯(lián)盟制度設(shè)計(jì)等因素的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為健全的制度治理體制是美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育成長(zhǎng)的基礎(chǔ);職業(yè)體育價(jià)值觀念與自由教育理念的互動(dòng)融合是美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育成長(zhǎng)的根本;有效發(fā)揮多元主體協(xié)同共管共治是維持美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育成長(zhǎng)活力的保障;職業(yè)體育"聯(lián)盟體制"的戰(zhàn)略頂層設(shè)計(jì)是美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育成長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力;多方聯(lián)通的組織運(yùn)行機(jī)制是維持美國(guó)競(jìng)技體育持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)的通道。提出健全我國(guó)競(jìng)技體育制度治理體制、推動(dòng)競(jìng)技體育與學(xué)校教育深度融合、發(fā)揮競(jìng)技體育領(lǐng)域的多元主體協(xié)同共管共治、推進(jìn)職業(yè)體育市場(chǎng)化改革、打造我國(guó)職業(yè)體育"聯(lián)盟體制"等建議。
[Abstract]:By using the methods of literature, historical analysis and interview, this paper makes a deep analysis of the growth factors and their characteristics of competitive sports in the United States, and reviews the socialized management mode of competitive sports in the United States. On the basis of the talent training mechanism of the combination of sports and education, the management system of NCAA, the design of professional sports league system and so on. It is believed that a sound system of governance is the basis for the growth of competitive sports in the United States. The interactive integration of professional sports value concept and free education concept is the root of the growth of American competitive sports. It is the guarantee of maintaining the vitality of American competitive sports to give full play to the multi-subject cooperative co-management and co-governance. The top-level strategic design of professional sports "alliance system" is the driving force for the growth of American competitive sports. The organization and operation mechanism of multi-connection is the channel to maintain the sustainable growth of American competitive sports. It is proposed to improve the governance system of competitive sports system in China and to promote the deep integration of competitive sports and school education. Give full play to the multiple subjects in the field of competitive sports, promote the market-oriented reform of professional sports, and build the "alliance system" of professional sports in our country.
