【摘要】：中國(guó)已經(jīng)逐步向體育強(qiáng)國(guó)邁進(jìn),競(jìng)技體育水平取得了突飛猛進(jìn)的進(jìn)步,與此同時(shí)提高運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化教育水平已經(jīng)刻不容緩。我們應(yīng)該改變金牌論的錯(cuò)誤觀念,以人為本的看待問(wèn)題。北京體育大學(xué)附屬競(jìng)技體校作為高水平運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)的試點(diǎn)基地,更應(yīng)該不斷的探索和改進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化教育的模式,以適應(yīng)人才培養(yǎng)的需要。本研究主要通過(guò)調(diào)查法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)北京體育大學(xué)附屬競(jìng)技體校文化教育情況進(jìn)行研究,從學(xué)校辦學(xué)的情況以及學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)員主觀評(píng)價(jià)兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行客觀評(píng)述。在研究中我們發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然附屬競(jìng)技體校在文化教育方面做了多年的努力與改革,但是仍然存在著許多問(wèn)題,包括課程設(shè)置單一,不能充分激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣;教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)與普通學(xué)校差距較大,不能滿足系統(tǒng)教育的需要,教師缺乏教育部門(mén)考核;學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)壓力小,成績(jī)考核制度不完善,學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確;加之對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)的過(guò)度看重,使運(yùn)動(dòng)員的文化教育水平多年來(lái)一直很難真正意義上的提高。同時(shí)通過(guò)了解借讀運(yùn)動(dòng)員的成績(jī),我們也看到運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化教育的希望,通過(guò)正規(guī)學(xué)校半訓(xùn)半學(xué)教育,我們的運(yùn)動(dòng)員同樣能取得了優(yōu)秀的成績(jī)。廣大學(xué)者不斷地提出要確保適齡青少年接受完整的系統(tǒng)的文化教育為目標(biāo),總結(jié)體教融合的具體實(shí)施辦法,本研究建議通過(guò)加大學(xué)校建設(shè)、師資力量調(diào)整、規(guī)章制度建立、考核制度完善、課程設(shè)置優(yōu)化、課程內(nèi)容豐富多彩等舉措,解決運(yùn)動(dòng)員文化教育水平低的問(wèn)題,真正意義做到體教融合。
[Abstract]:China has gradually moved to a sports power, the level of competitive sports has made rapid progress, at the same time, it is urgent to improve the cultural and educational level of athletes. We should change the wrong concept of gold medal theory. As a pilot base for the training of high-level athletes, the sports school affiliated to Beijing University of physical Education should constantly explore and improve the model of athletes' cultural education. In order to meet the needs of talent training, this study mainly through the investigation method, questionnaire method to Beijing Sports University affiliated sports school culture and education research. From the school running situation and the student athlete subjective evaluation two aspects carries on the objective comment. In the research we found that although the affiliated athletics school has made many years' efforts and the reform in the cultural education aspect. However, there are still many problems, including the single curriculum, which can not fully stimulate students' interest in learning; There is a big gap between the construction of teachers and ordinary schools, which can not meet the needs of systematic education, and teachers lack the examination of education departments. The students' learning pressure is low, the performance assessment system is not perfect, and the learning goal is not clear; Combined with the excessive emphasis on sports results, it has been very difficult for athletes to improve their cultural and educational level for many years. At the same time, through understanding the performance of reading athletes. We also see the hope of athletes' cultural education, through the regular school half-training and half-school education. Our athletes can also achieve excellent results. The majority of scholars have constantly proposed to ensure that young people of appropriate age receive a complete system of cultural education as the goal of summing up the specific implementation of the integration of sports and education. This study suggests to solve the problem of low level of athletes' cultural education by increasing school construction, adjusting teachers' strength, establishing rules and regulations, perfecting examination system, optimizing curriculum setting, rich and colorful curriculum contents, etc. The real meaning is to integrate physical education with physical education.
