【摘要】：教育是國(guó)家發(fā)展的百年大計(jì),一個(gè)國(guó)家的教育強(qiáng)則綜合國(guó)力強(qiáng)。要想國(guó)家人才濟(jì)濟(jì),各項(xiàng)事業(yè)取得蒸蒸日上的發(fā)展,就必須建設(shè)好教育事業(yè)。而教育的核心力量就是人才的培養(yǎng)。教師是文化的傳承者,更是新知識(shí)的開(kāi)拓者和未來(lái)人才發(fā)展的推動(dòng)者。體育師范生作為未來(lái)體育教育事業(yè)的接班人,其扎實(shí)的專業(yè)技能和教學(xué)方法是走上職業(yè)化道路的必要武器。隨著新體育課程改革的開(kāi)展,評(píng)價(jià)占據(jù)著舉足輕重的地位。作為未來(lái)體育教育的中堅(jiān)力量,具備基本的評(píng)價(jià)能力與掌握專業(yè)知識(shí)和教學(xué)技能同等重要。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法梳理了評(píng)價(jià)、能力、評(píng)價(jià)能力、評(píng)價(jià)素養(yǎng)等相關(guān)概念,了解評(píng)價(jià)在各國(guó)教育里的地位,同時(shí)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于能力及評(píng)價(jià)能力的測(cè)量工具進(jìn)行了全面的綜合,并根據(jù)前輩的經(jīng)驗(yàn)改編了適合本研究的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。借助《體育師范生評(píng)價(jià)能力調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》對(duì)體育師范生開(kāi)展了抽樣調(diào)查;通過(guò)數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)所得數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得出了以下結(jié)論:第一,體育師范生評(píng)價(jià)能力總體水平較低;在七個(gè)能力指標(biāo)維度上,運(yùn)用評(píng)價(jià)能力這個(gè)指標(biāo)尤其較低,其次就是評(píng)分/分等、倫理與合法問(wèn)題兩個(gè)指標(biāo)上;相對(duì)較好的是交流與評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果以及開(kāi)發(fā)評(píng)價(jià)工具這兩個(gè)指標(biāo)。第二,影響體育師范生總體評(píng)價(jià)能力及評(píng)價(jià)能力七個(gè)維度指標(biāo)的因素包括:個(gè)體背景因素、高校學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷、本科生自主學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷以及實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)歷。第三,體育師范生的評(píng)價(jià)能力受體育師范生的"性別"、"入學(xué)形式"、"實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校的層次"影響較大;實(shí)習(xí)單位提供關(guān)于評(píng)價(jià)的機(jī)會(huì)以及師范生自己的評(píng)價(jià)行為與體育師范生總體評(píng)價(jià)能力有顯著性相關(guān):其他影響因素與體育師范生評(píng)價(jià)能力的七個(gè)指標(biāo)維度分別存在相關(guān)關(guān)系。第四,針對(duì)體育師范生評(píng)價(jià)能力較差的問(wèn)題,提升體育師范生評(píng)價(jià)能力的策略主要以國(guó)家政策、學(xué)校培養(yǎng)策略、大學(xué)任課教師以及師范生自身四個(gè)方面共同努力。
[Abstract]:Education is a national development plan, a country's education is strong, comprehensive national strength. The core force of education is the cultivation of talents. Teachers are the inheritors of culture. It is also the pioneer of new knowledge and the promoter of the development of future talents. The students of physical education normal school are the successors of physical education in the future. Its solid professional skills and teaching methods are the necessary weapons on the road to professionalism. With the development of the new physical education curriculum reform, evaluation occupies a pivotal position. As the backbone of physical education in the future. Having basic evaluation ability is as important as mastering professional knowledge and teaching skill. This paper combs the related concepts of evaluation, ability, evaluation ability and evaluation accomplishment through literature method. Understand the status of evaluation in national education, and at the same time, comprehensive integration of domestic and foreign measuring tools on capacity and evaluation ability. According to the experience of the previous generation, the author adapted the questionnaire suitable for this study, and carried out a sample survey on the physical education normal school students with the help of the questionnaire on the Evaluation ability of physical Education Teachers College students. Through the analysis of the data obtained by mathematical statistics, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the evaluation ability of physical education normal students is low; In the seven ability index dimensions, the use of evaluation ability is especially low, followed by score / grade, ethics and legal issues two indicators; Relatively better is the exchange and evaluation results and the development of evaluation tools these two indicators. Second, the impact of physical education normal students overall evaluation ability and evaluation ability of the seven dimensions of indicators including: individual background factors. Third, the evaluation ability of physical education normal students is greatly affected by their "gender", "entrance form" and "the level of practice school". The opportunities offered by practice units and the evaluation behavior of normal school students are significantly related to the overall evaluation ability of physical education normal students. Other influencing factors and physical education normal students' evaluation ability of the seven index dimensions were related to each other. 4th. Aiming at the problem of poor evaluation ability of physical education normal students, the main strategies to improve the evaluation ability of physical education normal students are national policy, school training strategy, college teachers and normal students themselves.
