【摘要】:中國足球與國外足球相比最大的差距之一是足球人口的缺少和足球文化的低普及率,在我國足球的人口占總?cè)丝诘谋壤俏⒑跗湮⒌。為了增加足球人?普及足球文化,2009年4月,國家體育總局和教育部聯(lián)合下發(fā)《關于開展全國青少年校園足球活動的通知》,全國青少年校園足球活動拉開帷幕,全國44個布局城市,長春市被列入其中之一。2010年4月,長春市校園足球活動在綠園小學正式開始了。經(jīng)過多年的積弱不振之后,校園足球的發(fā)展已經(jīng)上升到“國家戰(zhàn)略”的層面,可見開展校園足球的重要性。最底層作為金字塔的最基本的一層,也是最重要的一層。顧名思義小學校園足球是校園足球最重要的一個階段。因此此研究主要采用實地考察、調(diào)查問卷、文獻資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、專家訪談五個研究方法,以長春市32所網(wǎng)點小學校園足球開展的現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,圍繞著網(wǎng)點小學分布情況、硬件設施、聯(lián)賽開展、師資隊伍、球隊建設、領導重視程度、學生參與等情況進行了調(diào)查研究,揭示長春市網(wǎng)點小學校園足球開展的不足,尋找制約發(fā)展的主要問題,探討和研究相應的對策,促進長春市網(wǎng)點小學以及整個長春市校園足球的發(fā)展,為今后校園足球發(fā)展提供參考依據(jù)。通過研究得出以下主要研究結(jié)論:1.足球?qū)I(yè)性是教練員的短板,教練員證嚴重缺少。2.領導考察次數(shù)較少,達不到國家的推進效果。領導對校園足球活動了解太少,思想比較落后。3.足球環(huán)境較差,滿足不了校園足球長久的發(fā)展的需求。4.校園足球在長春市關注和吸引度過低,資金來源過于單一,各學校之間的資金配套不均勻。5.聯(lián)賽形式單一,缺少各級別的比賽。6.校隊隊員年齡結(jié)構(gòu)明顯不合理,人數(shù)不充足,部分教練選拔隊員應付了事。7.學足球開課率較低,間接打消學生積極性,了解校園足球的學生寥寥無幾。針對研究結(jié)果提出如下建議:提高教練員的專業(yè)能力,增加培訓次數(shù),提高培訓質(zhì)量;增加各級別的聯(lián)賽次數(shù),改變聯(lián)賽模式;分年齡段組建足球隊,儲備人才;使領導對校園足球更加關注,建立評價體制;大力推廣校園足球活動,增加資金費用的來源途徑;加大足球課在體育課中的比例,定期讓學生了解校園足球的新理念;合理利用場地,定期維護場地、硬件設施。
[Abstract]:One of the biggest differences between Chinese football and foreign football is the lack of football population and the low penetration rate of football culture. In China, the proportion of football population in the total population is very small. In order to increase the football population. In April 2009, the State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the notice on the Development of National Youth Campus Football activities, and the National Youth Campus Football activities began. Changchun is listed as one of the 44 layout cities in the country. In April 2010, the campus football activities of Changchun City officially began in the Green Garden Primary School. After many years of weak and weak. The development of campus football has risen to the level of "national strategy". It can be seen that the importance of developing campus football. The bottom as the most basic level of the pyramid. As the name implies, campus football is the most important stage of campus football. Therefore, this study mainly uses field visits, questionnaires, literature, mathematical statistics. Five research methods were interviewed by experts. The current situation of campus football in 32 primary schools in Changchun was taken as the research object. It revolved around the distribution of primary schools, hardware facilities, league matches, teaching staff, team construction. The leaders pay attention to the degree of students to participate in the investigation and study of the situation revealed Changchun network primary school campus football deficiencies looking for the main problems restricting the development of exploration and study of the corresponding countermeasures. Promote the development of Changchun primary school and the whole Changchun campus football, for the future development of campus football to provide a reference basis. Through the study of the following main research conclusions: 1. Football professional is the short board of coaches. Coach card is seriously lack of .2.The number of leadership inspection is less, which can not reach the national advance effect. The leaders know too little about campus football activities, and the thinking is relatively backward .3.The football environment is poor. Campus football can not meet the long-term development of demand .4.Campus football in Changchun attention and attract low, funding source is too single, the funds between schools support uneven .5. League form is single. Lack of competition at all levels. 6. The age structure of the school team members is obviously unreasonable, the number is not sufficient, some coaches select players to cope with the problem .7.The low rate of learning football classes, indirectly discourages the enthusiasm of students. According to the results of the study, the following suggestions are put forward: to improve the professional ability of coaches, increase the number of training, improve the quality of training; Increase the number of leagues at all levels and change the league model; Set up football team by age and reserve talents; Make leaders pay more attention to campus football and establish evaluation system; Vigorously promote campus football activities, increase the source of funds; Increase the proportion of football class in physical education, let students understand the new concept of campus football regularly; Reasonable use of the site, regular maintenance of the site, hardware facilities.
