【摘要】：本文通過(guò)多種研究方法總結(jié)分析游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出現(xiàn)象,研究主要立足于現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)并結(jié)合一般訓(xùn)練理論、項(xiàng)群訓(xùn)練理論、專項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練理論為理論；從學(xué)習(xí)遷移、技能遷移的角度入手；充分考慮到游泳項(xiàng)目和游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員遷入項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)。選取具有代表性的個(gè)案,著重于游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出的理論解析和游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出前后存在的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)分析,探尋游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出規(guī)律和內(nèi)在本質(zhì),希望能為游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員開拓更多更寬的成長(zhǎng)成才渠道；促進(jìn)與游泳項(xiàng)目相關(guān)項(xiàng)目之間人才的合理流動(dòng),有利于游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出方面的理論體系的完善,針對(duì)游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的建議。研究結(jié)果如下：1.通過(guò)科學(xué)的歸納分析得出游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出的主要趨勢(shì)和方向?yàn)橛斡具\(yùn)動(dòng)員向水上項(xiàng)目遷移,如水球、花樣游泳；游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員向多項(xiàng)組合結(jié)構(gòu)中異屬多項(xiàng)組合項(xiàng)目中游泳項(xiàng)目作為子項(xiàng)目存在的項(xiàng)目,如鐵人三項(xiàng)、現(xiàn)代五項(xiàng)；個(gè)人項(xiàng)目向集體項(xiàng)目遷移的趨勢(shì)不明顯。2.游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出主要原因是,在個(gè)性心理特征、競(jìng)技能力和機(jī)能等方面游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員和其他項(xiàng)目專業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員具有相似性和一致性。游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)項(xiàng)目遷出有助于游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)人才的合理流動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)游泳項(xiàng)目和其他項(xiàng)目的持續(xù)、健康、穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,甚至是“跨越式”發(fā)展,如中國(guó)國(guó)家女子水球隊(duì)。3.游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出的優(yōu)勢(shì)有一下幾個(gè)方面：游泳及遷入項(xiàng)目學(xué)術(shù)理論、游泳人才資源、游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出的技術(shù)、心理能力和智能、游泳體能訓(xùn)練和遷移項(xiàng)目具有一定的一致性、游泳技能對(duì)遷入項(xiàng)目成績(jī)提高有巨大作用、縮短運(yùn)動(dòng)員的成才培養(yǎng)期、游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出成功率較高、政策支持等。4.游泳項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員向相關(guān)鄰近項(xiàng)目遷出的劣勢(shì)有一下幾個(gè)方面：專項(xiàng)素質(zhì)之間存在差別、運(yùn)動(dòng)競(jìng)賽場(chǎng)地不同、游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員遷入項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目設(shè)置與游泳項(xiàng)目不同、游泳運(yùn)動(dòng)員遷入項(xiàng)目技戰(zhàn)術(shù)應(yīng)用更復(fù)雜、教練隊(duì)伍對(duì)項(xiàng)目遷移運(yùn)動(dòng)員的訓(xùn)練經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足等。
