【摘要】:伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,人民的生活水平也在逐步提升,每個人對于高質(zhì)量生活所追求的方向也在潛移默化的發(fā)生改變,對自我健康的關(guān)注將逐步取代對物質(zhì)條件的完善。個人身體健康在幸福指數(shù)中所占的比例大大提高!翱到〉捏w魄是追求幸福的前提和保障”的觀念被越來越多的人所接受。與此同時,我國在體育教育方向的改革也在同時進(jìn)行,逐步完善了從思想觀念、指導(dǎo)手段、學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容、考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及評級體系等各方面。教學(xué)指導(dǎo)思想從以往專注于知識掌握和技能培養(yǎng)逐步過渡至對人的健身觀念及對終身體育意識的培養(yǎng),貫徹”以人為本”的思想,將個人的實際需要與學(xué)校體育教育緊密的結(jié)合,真正的實現(xiàn)學(xué)以致用、學(xué)而有用、學(xué)而會用。當(dāng)前有關(guān)體育教學(xué)方法的研究很多,網(wǎng)球教學(xué)中也出現(xiàn)了很多在實踐中研究體育教學(xué)方法的實驗論證對比研究。在這樣的背景下,大家都在尋求一種可以真正在教學(xué)中完全體現(xiàn)學(xué)生主體地位的教學(xué)方法。傳統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)球教學(xué)方法是在以往的理論和實踐的基礎(chǔ)上從易到難、從簡單到復(fù)雜、逐步過渡循序漸進(jìn)的向?qū)W生灌輸式的方法。比賽教學(xué)方法是一種改變傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)順序,充分調(diào)動學(xué)生積極性,在愉悅、有趣的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍中掌握運動技能,強調(diào)以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生合作意識、競爭意識為主要目的的教學(xué)方法。這種方法將完全放開傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)思想的束縛,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,以賽代學(xué)、以賽帶練。所以說將比賽法應(yīng)用于網(wǎng)球教學(xué)中是一次大膽的嘗試。本篇論文通過設(shè)計實驗組和對照組,分別使用比賽法和順序教學(xué)法分別實施網(wǎng)球教學(xué),通過對得出數(shù)據(jù)的分析研究得出以下結(jié)論:一、傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法指導(dǎo)下的學(xué)生在單項技術(shù)掌握方面要優(yōu)于比賽法,但在對技術(shù)的實際運用及比賽能力方面,比賽教學(xué)法表現(xiàn)更為優(yōu)異。二、比賽教學(xué)法對學(xué)生的運動興趣的培養(yǎng)以及對學(xué)生參與體育鍛煉的積極性的激發(fā)方面表現(xiàn)的更為有效;比賽教學(xué)法可以更好的培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自我學(xué)習(xí)意識,激發(fā)其學(xué)習(xí)網(wǎng)球知識和技能的求知欲望,課下參與網(wǎng)球運動的積極性更高,更有利于對其終身體育意識的培養(yǎng)。三、比賽教學(xué)法更有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識及社會適應(yīng)能力。學(xué)生更樂意和其他人去進(jìn)行交流探討從而共同進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, people's living standards are also gradually improve, everyone is looking for a high quality of life direction is changing in subtle, self health concerns will gradually replace the improvement of material conditions. Personal health for happiness index has increased. "A healthy body is the premise and guarantee of the pursuit of happiness" concept is accepted by more and more people. At the same time, China's reform in the direction of physical education at the same time, gradually perfect from the ideological concept, guiding methods, learning content, the evaluation criteria and rating system. The guiding ideology of teaching knowledge to master the skills and gradually transition to the concept of fitness and the training of lifelong sports consciousness from the previous focus, implement the "people-oriented", and the school will actually need individual body Combining the education practice closely, really, to learn and learn useful, and will use a lot. The current study on teaching methods of physical education, also appeared in a lot of research on sports teaching of tennis teaching method in practice demonstrated a comparative study. In this context, we are looking for a really in the teaching fully reflect the students' subject status of tennis teaching methods. The traditional teaching method is based on the theory and practice of the past from easy to difficult, from simple to complex, gradual transition gradual indoctrination methods to the students. The game teaching method is a kind of changing the traditional teaching order, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students and in pleasure, mastering athletic skills and interesting learning environment, emphasize to cultivate students' cooperative consciousness, competition consciousness is the main purpose of teaching method. This method will be fully liberalized the traditional teaching thought To fetter, give full play to students' enthusiasm for learning, to race, competition with training. So the application method in the teaching of tennis game is a bold attempt. This article through the design of the experimental group and control group, respectively, using the game method and the order of teaching are teaching by Shi Wangqiu. On the analysis of research data the following conclusions: first, under the guidance of the traditional teaching method of the students in the individual skills is superior to the competition law, but in the actual use of technology and competition ability, the game teaching method is more excellent performance. Two, cultivate interest in sports teaching on the students and excited the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise performance is more effective; can better cultivate students' awareness of self learning game teaching method, arouse their learning knowledge and skills of the tennis class participation desire for knowledge Tennis is more active and more conducive to the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness. Three, competition teaching method is more conducive to training students' sense of cooperation and social adaptability.
