【摘要】：伴隨著體育與經(jīng)濟(jì)相結(jié)合的浪潮,散打作為一項(xiàng)極具觀賞性的搏擊項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行商業(yè)化的發(fā)展是必然的趨勢,故催生了各種大大小小的商業(yè)賽事。這些商業(yè)賽事呈現(xiàn)出比賽規(guī)則多變、越來越注重觀賞性、運(yùn)動員可以得到高額的獎金、體能要求更大的特點(diǎn),這給比賽成績的獲得帶來了許多不穩(wěn)定因素,就使得商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險問題越來越明顯。而目前國內(nèi)對此問題的研究尚處于空缺狀態(tài),因而國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險的研究具有很大的價值。本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法,從參賽風(fēng)險識別、參賽風(fēng)險評估、參賽風(fēng)險應(yīng)對三個方面對國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險管理問題展開研究,并提出較為有效的應(yīng)對措施,旨在為日后的生活、訓(xùn)練、參賽提供幫助和參考。主要結(jié)論如下:1.國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險管理包括國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險識別、評估與應(yīng)對三個方面。2.根據(jù)問卷中選擇“可能出現(xiàn)”參賽風(fēng)險的人數(shù)百分比進(jìn)行排序,得出排在前三位的風(fēng)險指標(biāo)分別是:關(guān)鍵局次上,思想壓力大;對手的某項(xiàng)身體素質(zhì)非常出色;體力分配不均,后幾局體力下降。3.國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險評估主要評估風(fēng)險的可能性、嚴(yán)重性和可控性,通過評估得出在參賽選手自身可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險中,自身的心理風(fēng)險排在第一位。在參賽對手可能帶來的風(fēng)險中,對手的體能風(fēng)險排在第一位。參賽環(huán)境方面可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險中,裁判員風(fēng)險排在第一位。4.通過對國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險進(jìn)行識別和評估后,進(jìn)行波士頓矩陣分析并提出應(yīng)對戰(zhàn)略。提出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施,分別是:風(fēng)險回避、分擔(dān)風(fēng)險、風(fēng)險減輕、風(fēng)險自留。5.防范國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員商業(yè)賽事參賽風(fēng)險發(fā)生的建議有:提高國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動隊(duì)隊(duì)伍的自身實(shí)力;開展國內(nèi)高水平散打運(yùn)動員和教練員參賽風(fēng)險教育;加強(qiáng)國內(nèi)散打商業(yè)賽事管理,營造公平的參賽環(huán)境;樹立健康的國內(nèi)散打商業(yè)賽事參賽觀;完善國內(nèi)散打商業(yè)賽事體育保險機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:With the combination of sports and economy, Sanda as a very ornamental fighting project, the development of commercialization is an inevitable trend. Therefore, the emergence of a variety of large and small commercial events. These business events show a variety of competition rules, more and more attention to the ornamental, athletes can get high bonuses, the characteristics of greater physical requirements. This has brought a lot of unstable factors to the achievement of competition, which makes the problem of the risk of commercial competition more and more obvious. But the domestic research on this issue is still vacant. Therefore, the study of the domestic high-level Sanda athletes' participation risk in commercial events has great value. This paper uses the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, from the risk identification. Competition risk assessment, competition risk response three aspects of domestic high-level Sanda athletes commercial competition risk management issues were studied, and proposed more effective measures for future life, training. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Domestic high-level Sanda athletes' participation risk management includes domestic high-level Sanda athletes' participation risk identification. According to the percentage of the number of people who choose "possible" risk in the questionnaire, the first three risk indicators are: the key stage, the ideological pressure; An opponent's physical fitness is excellent; Physical distribution is uneven, the latter several sets of physical strength decline .3. domestic high-level Sanda athletes participate in the risk assessment of commercial events mainly to assess the risk of the possibility, severity and controllability. Through the evaluation, it is concluded that the psychological risk of the contestant is the first in the possible risk of the contestant, and the risk that the competitor may bring is in the first place. The physical risk of the opponent is at the top of the list. Referee risk ranked in the first .4. through the domestic high-level Sanda athletes' participation risk identification and evaluation, the Boston matrix analysis and put forward the coping strategy, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. They are: risk avoidance, risk sharing, risk mitigation. Risk retention. 5. the suggestions to prevent the domestic high-level Sanda athletes from taking part in the commercial events are as follows: improve the strength of the domestic high-level Sanda team team; Carrying out the risk education of domestic high level Sanda athletes and coaches; Strengthen the management of domestic Sanda commercial events, create a fair environment for participation; Establish a healthy domestic Sanda business competition concept; Improve the domestic Sanda commercial events sports insurance mechanism.
