【摘要】：近年來,我國男女籃在奧運會、世錦賽上成績無法取得突破,亞錦賽上成績也不理想,目前我國籃球整體水平處于下滑的趨勢,從近幾屆全運會籃球比賽發(fā)展水平來看:青少年籃球隊伍發(fā)展不均衡。最主要原因包括有我國后備人才培養(yǎng)續(xù)借不到位,人才大量的缺少后繼不足,雖說我國是人口大國但是我國的籃球人口卻是匱乏的,當(dāng)然也包括有籃球技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)、心理素質(zhì)、訓(xùn)練模式、管理制度等方面的不足。培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的籃球后備人才,是我國由籃球大國向籃球強國邁進(jìn)的基礎(chǔ)。本論文重點研究分析我國傳統(tǒng)項目學(xué)校的發(fā)展概況;包括有運動員后備人才發(fā)展概況分析、運動員的基本資料、訓(xùn)練動機等等,教練員的教學(xué)年限、訓(xùn)練計劃、選材觀等等,通過問卷調(diào)查統(tǒng)計分析找出影響我國男子籃球傳統(tǒng)項目學(xué)校后備人才發(fā)展的影響因素:包括有學(xué)訓(xùn)沖突、運動經(jīng)費問題、教練員自身問題、選材觀方面的問題,找出抑制影響因素的發(fā)展對策等等。然而許多國外籃球強國的經(jīng)驗表明,如何全面抓好后備人才的培養(yǎng),將直接影響到籃球運動的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,不重視后備人才的培養(yǎng)就不會有籃球運動的輝煌之路。所以本課題以籃球后備人才狀況研究為核心,設(shè)置專門的問卷調(diào)查,綜合分析影響我國籃球后備人才缺乏的原因。制定我國籃球后備人才發(fā)展的對策,為培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀運動員和提高籃球整體水平,提供技術(shù)支持和理論依據(jù)。研究的主要結(jié)果分析:1.分析參加第十二屆男子籃球預(yù)賽的傳統(tǒng)項目學(xué)校的運動員和教練員的基本情況對其進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,其中包括有運動員、教練員的基本資料等等。2.針對問卷分析中的運動員、教練員以及家庭等原因,分析我國籃球后備人才現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展中的不足,重點解決影響發(fā)展的各種因素,并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's men and women basketball in the Olympic Games, the results of the World Championship can not achieve a breakthrough, the results of the Asian Championship is not ideal, at present, the overall level of basketball in China is in a downward trend. From the development level of basketball matches in recent National Games: the development of youth basketball team is not balanced. The main reasons include that the reserve talents training is not in place and a large number of talents lack of follow-up. Although our country is a large population, but our basketball population is scarce, of course, including basketball skills, tactics, psychological quality, training mode. It is the foundation of our country from big country of basketball to powerful country of basketball to train the reserve talents of basketball in an all-round way. This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the general situation of the development of the traditional project schools in our country. It includes the general analysis of the development of athletes' reserve talents, the basic information of athletes, the training motivation, the teaching years of coaches, the training plan, the concept of selecting talents, and so on. Through the statistical analysis of questionnaire to find out the influence factors of the development of reserve talents in the traditional basketball school of our country: including the conflict of learning and training, the problem of sports funds, the problem of coaches themselves, the problem of talent selection. However, the experience of many foreign basketball powers shows that how to do a good job of training reserve talents will directly affect the sustainable development of basketball. If we don't pay attention to the cultivation of reserve talents, there will not be a brilliant road of basketball. Therefore, this topic takes the research of basketball reserve talents as the core, and sets up a special questionnaire survey. Comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the lack of basketball reserve talent in China, formulate the development of basketball reserve talent countermeasures for the training of outstanding athletes and improve the overall level of basketball. To provide technical support and theoretical basis. The main results of the study analysis of the main results of the 12th men's basketball preliminary event of the traditional school athletes and coaches of the basic situation of a detailed analysis. Which includes the basic information of athletes, coaches and so on. 2. Aiming at the reasons of athletes, coaches and families in the questionnaire analysis, this paper analyzes the deficiency of the present situation of basketball reserve talents in our country. Focus on solving the various factors affecting development, and put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
