【摘要】：隨著國家經濟的發(fā)展強盛,人們越來越關注健康問題,這也就對我國的衛(wèi)生事業(yè)提出更高的要求,而醫(yī)護人員對衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的發(fā)展起到極其重要的作用,醫(yī)護人員的身心健康又是整個衛(wèi)生事業(yè)健康發(fā)展的首要前提,從整個職業(yè)看,為了提升醫(yī)護人員的身心健康,就要從學生時代抓起；近年來,籃球運動已經漸漸成為我國青少年最主要的運動健身的方式,學校體育中籃球運動的開展對于學生來說,能起到強身健體的功效,亦能夠在籃球運動中體會勇往直前、團結協(xié)作的體育精神,對今后從事醫(yī)護職業(yè)帶來良性的循環(huán),能夠更好的為衛(wèi)生事業(yè)提供更好的服務。本文通過搜集大量的文獻資料,為論文的撰寫提供了強有力的理論基礎,并通過所調研學校的在校學生針對研究項目進行問卷調查,以及對各校的專家、主任進行面對面的訪談,獲得第一手資料,然后通過數(shù)理分析法,對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行整理、分析,最后通過邏輯推理法,進行研究探索并得出相應的結論。本文主要得出以下結論：1.護士的工作,責任重大,且具有一定的危險系數(shù),這就要求護士要具備良好的身體素質,還有具備優(yōu)秀的心理素質,不管是在從事工作后要堅持體育運動的鍛煉,還是在作為學生階段,更需要培養(yǎng)良好的終身體育的思想觀念。2.教師要提高學歷教育,提升職稱水平,同時應加強培訓,了解學校體育教育的前沿資訊,更好的為學校體育工作的開展做足準備；學生參與活動的熱情很高漲,但參與活動的能力還有待于提高；制度的制定要跟上活動的節(jié)奏,為活動的實施有制度可依據(jù)。3.場館和場地的硬件建設是活動開展的基礎,有限的資金投入和有限的土地資源的限制,制約著場館和場地的發(fā)展建設,合理的投入以及有效的利用土地資源,對于活動的開展具有建設性的意義。4.籃球活動的開展要結合院校自身的特點,有特色的發(fā)展,模式的創(chuàng)新,方式的多元化開發(fā),科學合理的組織安排,活動開展所要達到的目的就會越來越近,活動開展的影響力就會起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:With the development and prosperity of the national economy, people pay more and more attention to health problems, which also for health care in China put forward higher requirements, and the medical staff on health development plays an important role in the physical and mental health of medical personnel, and is a prerequisite for the healthy development of the health cause, from the entire occupation and in order to improve the physical and mental health among medical personnel, we must start from the student; in recent years, basketball has gradually become China's youth sports fitness the main way to carry out the basketball sports in school physical education for students, can play the effect of physical fitness, also can in basketball experience ahead. The sporting spirit of unity and cooperation, for the future of health care occupation brought a virtuous cycle, can be better for the health service to provide better service. This paper collected a lot of literature, Provide a strong theoretical basis for this paper, and through the investigation of school students in the research project conducted a questionnaire survey, and expert on school, director of face-to-face interviews to obtain first-hand information, and then through mathematical analysis method, collecting data, analysis, finally through logical reasoning to study and draw the corresponding conclusions. This paper draws the following conclusions: 1. nurses work, great responsibility, and has a certain risk, which requires nurses to have good physical quality and excellent psychological quality, whether to insist on physical exercise in the work, or as students need to cultivate a good stage, the idea of lifelong sports concept.2. teachers to improve education, enhance the level of professional titles, and should strengthen the understanding of the school sports training Frontiers of information education, the better for the work of school sports preparations; student participation enthusiasm is high, but the ability to participate in the activities and need to be improved; the development of the system in order to keep up with the pace of activities, the implementation of activities system based on.3. field to the venues and hardware construction is the foundation to carry out activities the limited funds and the limited land resource constraints, restricts the development of the construction of stadiums, reasonable investment and effective utilization of land resources, to carry out the constructive significance of.4. basketball activities for the activities of the colleges should combine its own characteristics, characteristic development, model innovation, diversified development the scientific and reasonable arrangement, to carry out activities to achieve the purpose of the activities will be more and more close, the influence will play a positive role.
