【摘要】：為更好地落實(shí)《中國(guó)殘疾人事業(yè)“十五”計(jì)劃綱要》 ,推進(jìn)中國(guó)聾兒康復(fù)“十五”方案實(shí)施 ,讓更多的聾兒回到有聲世界 ,本文系統(tǒng)地分析了中國(guó)聾兒康復(fù)工作的現(xiàn)狀 ,并就目前面臨的困難和問(wèn)題 ,提出了加強(qiáng)聾兒康復(fù)技術(shù)資源中心建設(shè)、培養(yǎng)專業(yè)隊(duì)伍 ,實(shí)施早期干預(yù)、救助貧困聾兒等對(duì)策 ,以期進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)我國(guó)聾兒康復(fù)工作的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In order to better implement the outline of the Tenth Five-Year Plan for the cause of disabled Persons in China, to promote the implementation of the 10th Five-Year Plan for the Rehabilitation of Deaf Children in China, and to allow more deaf children to return to the world of sound, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of rehabilitation work for deaf children in China. In view of the current difficulties and problems, the paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening the construction of the technical resource center for rehabilitation of deaf children, training professional teams, carrying out early intervention, and rescuing poor deaf children, etc. In order to further promote the rapid development of rehabilitation of deaf children in China.
