【摘要】：美國(guó)的肖托夸成人教育歷經(jīng)百余年,至今仍然得到美國(guó)社會(huì)的認(rèn)同,其經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得探究和挖掘。本文從“家庭”基點(diǎn)的擴(kuò)延式教育項(xiàng)目、服務(wù)與管理的健全保障措施、諾爾斯學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境教育理論的踐行、靈活的“適者生存”發(fā)展規(guī)則等四個(gè)方面描述、分析肖托夸成人教育深刻的社會(huì)、文化背景,為我國(guó)成人教育改革發(fā)展提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:After more than 100 years of adult education in the United States, it is still recognized by American society, and its experience is worth exploring and excavating. This paper describes from four aspects: the extended education project of "family" basis point, the perfect safeguard measures of service and management, the practice of Knowles' learning environmental education theory, and the flexible development rules of "survival of the fittest". This paper analyzes the profound social and cultural background of adult education, and provides experience for the reform and development of adult education in China.
