【摘要】：本文以杭州市農(nóng)機(jī)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)開展聯(lián)合辦學(xué)的實(shí)踐為主線,從投入和成本的角度出發(fā),分析論證了聯(lián)合辦學(xué)的必要性和可行性,對(duì)聯(lián)合辦學(xué)存在問題的原因進(jìn)行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了聯(lián)合辦學(xué)的雙層結(jié)構(gòu)模式,在培訓(xùn)實(shí)踐中應(yīng)注意的問題并得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the practice of agricultural machinery technical training in Hangzhou as the main line, from the angle of input and cost, analyzes and proves the necessity and feasibility of joint running school, and studies the causes of the problems existing in joint running school. On the basis of this, this paper discusses the double-level structure model of joint school running, points out the problems that should be paid attention to in the training practice and draws the corresponding conclusions.
