【摘要】：構(gòu)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會和終身教育的任務(wù)為成人高等教育提出了前所未有的歷史任務(wù),也給成人高等教育的發(fā)展帶來了前所未有的發(fā)展良機(jī)。面對新形勢和成人高等教育自身發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,必須進(jìn)行發(fā)展模式的改革。成人高等教育的根本任務(wù)是提高勞動(dòng)者的素質(zhì)和工作技能,目前國內(nèi)社區(qū)建設(shè)已經(jīng)取得很大成就,因此將成人高等教育良好的辦學(xué)資源與社區(qū)相結(jié)合,探索社區(qū)化的成人高等教育發(fā)展模式,是最切合成人高等教育根本任務(wù)的最佳途徑�；谶@種認(rèn)識,本文提出了一種社區(qū)化成人高等教育模式的初步構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:The task of constructing a learning society and lifelong education has put forward an unprecedented historical task for adult higher education, and has also brought an unprecedented opportunity for the development of adult higher education. In the face of the new situation and the realistic needs of the development of adult higher education, it is necessary to reform the development mode. The basic task of adult higher education is to improve the quality and work skills of workers. At present, great achievements have been made in the construction of the community in China, so the good resources for running schools of adult higher education are combined with the community. Exploring the development mode of adult higher education is the best way to meet the basic task of adult higher education. Based on this understanding, this paper puts forward a preliminary conception of community adult higher education model.
