【摘要】：見習(xí)基地的情況如何?筆者就此采訪了上海市靜安區(qū)勞動和社會保障局職業(yè)技能開發(fā)科科長陳逸敏女士及有關(guān)部門。無論是見習(xí)生、還是實(shí)施見習(xí)基地的有關(guān)單位,反響都比較滿意:青年見習(xí)制的推出.一定能提高學(xué)員的實(shí)際工作的技能,一定能縮短學(xué)校與社會的距離。
[Abstract]:What's the situation at the internship base? The author interviewed Ms. Chen Yimin, head of Vocational skills Development Section of Labor and Social Security Bureau of Jing'an District, Shanghai, and related departments. Whether trainees, or the implementation of the relevant units of the internship base, the response is more satisfactory: the introduction of youth apprenticeship system. It can improve students' practical work skills and shorten the distance between school and society.
