【摘要】：在新的教育形勢下如何開拓創(chuàng)新,辦好具有河南特色的農(nóng)村成人教育,是河南教育當(dāng)前面臨的重大難題。采用SWOT分析方法,有利于對河南農(nóng)村成教內(nèi)外環(huán)境作全面分析,找出成教發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn),并提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展對策。
[Abstract]:Under the new educational situation, how to open up and innovate and run well the rural adult education with Henan characteristics is a major problem that Henan education is facing at present. The adoption of SWOT analysis method is beneficial to the overall analysis of the internal and external environment of adult education in Henan province, to find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of adult education, and to put forward the corresponding development countermeasures.
