【摘要】：隨著建筑業(yè)返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工的不斷增加,廣西農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)形勢嚴峻。通過對返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工進行職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn),提高他們的綜合素質(zhì)、勞動技能和謀生本領(lǐng),促進農(nóng)村勞動力的轉(zhuǎn)移與再就業(yè)。本文針對當前建筑業(yè)返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工綜合素質(zhì)偏低、培訓(xùn)積極性不高的現(xiàn)狀,分析了建筑業(yè)返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)工作所面臨的問題,并提出了相應(yīng)的措施和建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing number of migrant workers returning home in construction industry, the situation of rural labor transfer and employment in Guangxi is grim. In order to promote the transfer and re-employment of rural labor force, it is necessary to improve their comprehensive quality, labor skills and livelihood ability through vocational skills training for migrant workers returning to their hometown. In view of the current situation that the comprehensive quality and training enthusiasm of migrant workers returning home in construction industry are on the low side, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the training work of migrant workers returning home in the construction industry, and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions.
