【摘要】：現(xiàn)代遠程教育已經(jīng)成為20世紀后期世界各國競相發(fā)展高等教育的重要途徑,中國的現(xiàn)代遠程教育(包括網(wǎng)絡教育)也已起步。作者認為,在信息技術迅速發(fā)展的今天,我國的網(wǎng)絡教育將大有可為,創(chuàng)辦虛擬大學的各種條件業(yè)已成熟,作者還就發(fā)展虛擬大學提出了建設性意見。
[Abstract]:Modern distance education has become an important way for countries in the world to develop higher education in the late 20th century, and modern distance education (including network education) in China has also started. The author thinks that with the rapid development of information technology, the network education in our country will be promising, and the conditions for establishing virtual university are ripe, and the author also puts forward some constructive suggestions on the development of virtual university.
