【摘要】：我院作為人民銀行總行的培訓(xùn)基地 ,肩負(fù)著人民銀行系統(tǒng)干部培訓(xùn)的重要職責(zé)。本文闡述了在我院由學(xué)歷教育為主導(dǎo)向干部培訓(xùn)為主導(dǎo)的轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期 ,我院目前教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題與挑戰(zhàn) ,并對(duì)我院干部培訓(xùn)工作的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇及對(duì)干部培訓(xùn)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、辦學(xué)思想、師資、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)管理和后勤服務(wù)諸方面進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:As the training base of the people's Bank of China, our hospital shoulders the important responsibility of training the cadres of the people's Bank system. This paper expounds the current situation, problems and challenges of the development of education in our college during the transition period, which is dominated by the education of academic qualifications and leading to the training of cadres. This paper also discusses the practical choice of cadre training in our college and the strategic objectives, ideas of running a school, teachers, teaching methods, teaching management and logistic service.
