【摘要】：1986年,"七五"開局第一年。7月2日,國(guó)家教委、國(guó)家計(jì)委、國(guó)家經(jīng)委和勞動(dòng)人事部聯(lián)合召開第一次全國(guó)職業(yè)教育工作會(huì)議。國(guó)務(wù)院副總理兼國(guó)家教委主任李鵬出席會(huì)議并講話。國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)《關(guān)于全國(guó)職業(yè)教育工作會(huì)議情況的報(bào)告》。1991年,"八五"開局第一年。1月25日,國(guó)家教委、國(guó)家計(jì)委、勞動(dòng)部、人事部、財(cái)政部聯(lián)合召開第二次全國(guó)職業(yè)教育工作會(huì)議。國(guó)務(wù)委員兼國(guó)家教委主任李鐵映出席會(huì)議并作工作報(bào)告。國(guó)務(wù)院作出《關(guān)于大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育的決定》。1996年,"九五"開局第一年。6月17日,國(guó)家教委、國(guó)家經(jīng)貿(mào)委和勞動(dòng)部聯(lián)合召開第三次全國(guó)職業(yè)教育工作會(huì)議。李鵬總理接見會(huì)議代表并講話;李嵐清副總理出席會(huì)議并講話。三部委印發(fā)會(huì)議文件,9月1日《中華人民共和國(guó)職業(yè)教育法》施行。每當(dāng)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)發(fā)展關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,黨和國(guó)家都要部署召開全國(guó)職教工作會(huì)議,提高人們的認(rèn)識(shí),解決職教改革和發(fā)展中的重大問(wèn)題。無(wú)疑,這是一種重視,它反映的是職業(yè)教育對(duì)一個(gè)泱泱大國(guó)的重要�，F(xiàn)在,新世紀(jì)發(fā)端之時(shí),有中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)又到了一個(gè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期———我國(guó)將開始實(shí)施鄧小平同志提出的現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)第三步戰(zhàn)略部署。到本世紀(jì)中葉,我們將達(dá)到中等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家水平,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化。在這樣一個(gè)大背景下,中國(guó)職業(yè)教育不但面臨著新的任務(wù),而且,還遇到了一些新情況、新問(wèn)題。是時(shí)候了!人們期待第四次,也是新世紀(jì)的第一次全國(guó)職教工作會(huì)議召開。顯然,我們不僅僅期待一次盛會(huì),亦如從前,我們盼望的是會(huì)議所代表的國(guó)家決策的影響力量和國(guó)家行政的推動(dòng)力量能夠及時(shí)解決最需要它們解決的事情。
