【摘要】：本文根據(jù)1999年教育部批轉(zhuǎn)《中央廣播電視大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革和開放教育試點項目研究工作》的要求,通過對中央廣播電視大學(xué)在具有中國“特色”的大眾化高等教育時代的“定位”,確定發(fā)展方向,在人才培養(yǎng)模式、培養(yǎng)途徑、教與學(xué)的模式上進行探討,使廣播電視大學(xué)辦出區(qū)別于其他高等學(xué)校的特色來,從而加快推動我國高等教育大眾化的發(fā)展進程。
[Abstract]:Based on the request of the Ministry of Education in 1999 to study the reform of the talent training model and the open education pilot project of the Central Radio and Television University , this paper discusses the orientation of development in the era of popularization of higher education with Chinese characteristics , and discusses the pattern of personnel training , training way and teaching and learning , so as to make the broadcasting and TV university distinguish between the characteristics of other institutions of higher learning , thus speeding up the development process of the popularization of higher education in China .
