【摘要】：我國成人教育發(fā)展方興未艾,自主學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)制作為成人教育的核心理論基礎(chǔ)在歐美等國研究已經(jīng)有幾十年時(shí)間,其中,個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)因素是自主學(xué)習(xí)成功與否的關(guān)鍵。通過對(duì)自主學(xué)習(xí)理論框架內(nèi)個(gè)人因素的總結(jié)并以此為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)變量對(duì)部分遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的問卷調(diào)查研究表明,我國遠(yuǎn)程自主學(xué)習(xí)者的個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)能力總體而言已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響到學(xué)習(xí)效果。因此,對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的個(gè)人因素要加以重視,加強(qiáng)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)技能、學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí)等方面的教育。
[Abstract]:The development of adult education in China is in the ascendant. As the core theoretical basis of adult education, autonomous learning mechanism has been studied in Europe and America for several decades, among which individual learning related factors are the key to the success of autonomous learning. Based on the summary of individual factors in the framework of autonomous learning theory and the questionnaire survey of some distance learners based on these variables, it is shown that, In general, the individual learning ability of distance autonomous learners in China has seriously affected the learning effect. Therefore, we should pay attention to the individual factors of distance learners' autonomous learning ability, strengthen the distance learners' learning skills, learning knowledge and other aspects of education.
