【摘要】：本文作者發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)今全世界的教師、教育管理者、及教師培訓(xùn)者都面臨的一個(gè)挑戰(zhàn),就是要保證教育者能為學(xué)習(xí)困難學(xué)生提供能使他們達(dá)到國(guó)家為各州提出的學(xué)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而精心準(zhǔn)備的教育服務(wù)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)兩國(guó)特教教師培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀的研究,提出了獨(dú)特的五域教學(xué)法即在教學(xué)環(huán)境、教材選用、課堂演示、學(xué)生反應(yīng)和知識(shí)評(píng)估這五個(gè)領(lǐng)域中運(yùn)用適應(yīng)、調(diào)整和順應(yīng)這三種步驟來(lái)滿(mǎn)足特殊需要學(xué)生不同的學(xué)業(yè)要求,以使他們能達(dá)到國(guó)家或各州規(guī)定的學(xué)業(yè)要求。
[Abstract]:The author finds that there is a challenge facing teachers, education administrators, and teachers and trainers all over the world. The purpose of this paper is to ensure that educators can provide students with learning disabilities with educational services that will enable them to meet the academic standards set by the states. This paper studies the current situation of the training of special education teachers in the two countries. This paper puts forward the special five-domain teaching method, that is, applying adaptation, adjustment and adaptation to meet the different academic requirements of students with special needs in the five fields of teaching environment, textbook selection, classroom demonstration, student response and knowledge evaluation. To enable them to meet the academic requirements set by the state or state.
