【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育在世紀之交進入大眾化發(fā)展階段,成人高等學歷教育發(fā)展方向如何?其社會地位、社會需求如何?未來生源的預期情況怎樣?等等,都是人們關注的焦點問題之一。該文力求以科學發(fā)展觀為指導,以定量、定性相結合的方式,從人口學角度切入,對我國成人高等學歷教育的生源儲備、勞動人口的增加對成人高等學歷教育提出的需求、成人高等學歷教育對我國高等教育毛入學率的貢獻,以及其在終身教育體系中的地位和作用等問題進行了深入的研究,并對今后一定歷史時期內的成人高等學歷教育發(fā)展前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the development of higher education in China at the turn of the century, what is the direction of adult higher education? What are their social status and social needs? What is the expected future source of students? And so on, it is one of the focal issues that people pay close attention to. This article tries to take the scientific development view as the guidance, combines the quantity, the qualitative way, from the demography angle, to our country adult higher degree education student source reserve, The demand for adult higher education by the increase of working population, the contribution of adult higher education to the gross enrolment rate of higher education in China, and its position and role in the lifelong education system have been deeply studied. The development prospect of adult higher education in a certain historical period is prospected.
