【摘要】：中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放30年,自學(xué)考試法規(guī)性文件《條例》發(fā)布20周年,自學(xué)考試即將步入而立之年。學(xué)習(xí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,推進(jìn)教育事業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展,我們有理由相信,高舉創(chuàng)新旗幟一路走來(lái)的自學(xué)考試,一定能夠在理論和實(shí)踐的不懈追求中,實(shí)現(xiàn)從必然王國(guó)向自由王國(guó)的飛躍,以更加出色的業(yè)績(jī)回報(bào)時(shí)代賦予的歷史機(jī)遇。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of reform and opening up in China, the 20th anniversary of the issuance of the statutory document "regulations" on self-study examinations, we have reason to believe that self-study examinations are about to enter the year of establishment. We have reason to believe that we should study the scientific concept of development and promote the scientific development of education. The self-study examination which holds the banner of innovation all the way must be able to realize the leap from the kingdom of necessity to the realm of freedom in the unremitting pursuit of theory and practice and the historical opportunity given by the era of more outstanding performance return.
