【摘要】:隨著市場競爭日趨激烈,企業(yè)越來越重視培訓(xùn),除了不斷加大培訓(xùn)的力度外,對培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的深度也越來越高,同時(shí)逐步開始關(guān)注培訓(xùn)工作的系統(tǒng)性、針對性、實(shí)效性和有效性,把培訓(xùn)績效和工作績效直接掛鉤,將培訓(xùn)貫穿在員工個(gè)人成長與發(fā)展的始終。國內(nèi)企業(yè)人力資源部門的重要任務(wù),已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)的人事行政作業(yè)逐漸轉(zhuǎn)型為提高管理水平與改善企業(yè)績效的方向發(fā)展。作為一個(gè)企業(yè),就像一個(gè)人,隨時(shí)要面臨來自外部環(huán)境或內(nèi)部環(huán)境的變化而變化,企業(yè)要不斷去適應(yīng)這種變化才能生存和發(fā)展。員工素質(zhì)就是制約提升企業(yè)抵抗力的主要因素,而培訓(xùn)是提高員工素質(zhì)的重要途徑和手段。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises pay more attention to training, in addition to increasing the intensity of training, the training depth is more and more high, and gradually began to focus on the system of training, pertinence, effectiveness and effectiveness of the training directly linked to performance and work performance, training through individual employees the growth and development of the human resources department.
