【摘要】：本文通過對(duì)我國獨(dú)立設(shè)置成人高校目前在發(fā)展中面臨的困境的剖析,探討了獨(dú)立設(shè)置成人高校新的發(fā)展思路,即改變教育方向,大力開展繼續(xù)教育,職業(yè)教育、發(fā)揮企業(yè)或行業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì),著力開展在職教育培訓(xùn);面向社會(huì)挖掘潛力,舉辦各種資格培訓(xùn)和承擔(dān)低層次的學(xué)歷教育。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the difficulties faced in the development of independent adult colleges and universities in China, this paper discusses the new development ideas of independent adult colleges and universities, that is, changing the direction of education, vigorously developing continuing education and vocational education. Give full play to the advantages of enterprises or industries, focus on on-the-job education and training; to tap the potential of society, organize all kinds of qualification training and undertake low-level academic education.
