【摘要】：SNS與專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育結(jié)合發(fā)展優(yōu)勢明顯,值得推廣和深入研究。盡管這種新型專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展模式具有多樣性,但初期發(fā)展模式可概括為政府或教育管理部門主導(dǎo)型、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)或教育機(jī)構(gòu)主導(dǎo)型和企事業(yè)或個(gè)體主導(dǎo)型發(fā)展模式�；谏鲜瞿Ｊ�,對(duì)專業(yè)技術(shù)人員繼續(xù)教育提出了發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:The combination of SNS and continuing education of professional and technical personnel has obvious advantages, and it is worth popularizing and studying deeply, although the development model of this new type of continuing education for professional and technical personnel is diverse, However, the initial development model can be summarized as the government or educational management leading mode, industry association or educational institution leading mode and enterprise or institution or individual leading development mode. Based on the above model, the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of continuing education for professional and technical personnel.
