【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)文化變遷,武陵山區(qū)少數(shù)民族非物質(zhì)文化傳承與發(fā)展、勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移培訓(xùn)等成為民族教育的重要內(nèi)容和職能;留守兒童教育問(wèn)題日趨嚴(yán)重,必須探討新的途徑;教育質(zhì)量和教育結(jié)構(gòu)不適應(yīng),必須加快提高和調(diào)整;教育資源不足,必須積極開(kāi)發(fā)民辦教育資源,促進(jìn)民族教育快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the change of social culture, the immaterial cultural inheritance and development of minority nationalities in Wuling Mountain area, the transfer and training of labor force have become the important contents and functions of ethnic education, the problem of education for left-behind children is becoming more and more serious, and new ways must be explored. The quality of education and the structure of education should be improved and adjusted quickly, and the educational resources should be insufficient, and the private educational resources should be actively developed to promote the rapid development of national education.
