【摘要】：目的介紹如何應(yīng)用《中國(guó)藥典》2015年版四部通則0861殘留溶劑測(cè)定法對(duì)藥品中的殘留溶劑進(jìn)行測(cè)定。方法以頭孢硫脒的殘留溶劑檢測(cè)為例,探討了在使用固定的殘留溶劑檢測(cè)方法不能有效測(cè)定樣品中的殘留溶劑時(shí),如何應(yīng)用《中國(guó)藥典》2015年版四部通則0861的方法測(cè)定樣品中的殘留溶劑。結(jié)果應(yīng)用《中國(guó)藥典》2015年版通則0861殘留溶劑測(cè)定法,對(duì)不同生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家的頭孢硫脒中的殘留溶劑進(jìn)行了全面準(zhǔn)確的測(cè)定。結(jié)論在固定的殘留溶劑測(cè)定方法不能準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定藥品中的殘留溶劑時(shí),應(yīng)用《中國(guó)藥典》2015年版通則0861中的雙柱定性方法可以快速、準(zhǔn)確地鑒別出藥品中未知的殘留溶劑,針對(duì)待測(cè)樣品建立準(zhǔn)確的殘留溶劑測(cè)定方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to introduce the method for the determination of residual solvents in Chinese Pharmacopoeia by using the method of determination of residual solvents in four parts of China Pharmacopoeia (2015). Methods taking the residual solvent detection of cefathiamidine as an example, it was discussed that the method of fixed residual solvent could not be used to determine the residual solvent in the sample effectively. How to determine the residual solvent in the sample by the method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 0861. Results the residual solvent in cefathiamidine from different manufacturers was determined by the method of 0861 residue solvent in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition. Conclusion when the fixed residual solvent determination method can not accurately determine the residual solvent in the drug, the two-column qualitative method in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition of General rules 0861 can be used to identify the unknown residual solvent quickly and accurately. To establish an accurate method for the determination of residual solvents for the samples to be tested.
