【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化的推進(jìn)對(duì)農(nóng)村人口職業(yè)素質(zhì)提出更高的要求,主要表現(xiàn)為職業(yè)理論素養(yǎng)、職業(yè)專(zhuān)門(mén)技能、持續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)觀(guān)念和自主創(chuàng)新能力,而當(dāng)前農(nóng)村人口職業(yè)教育存在一系列的現(xiàn)實(shí)矛盾,采取多種有效對(duì)策,創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村人口職業(yè)教育發(fā)展觀(guān)念、發(fā)揮政府功能、加大職業(yè)教育院校自身建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)農(nóng)村人口素質(zhì)的系統(tǒng)化提升、開(kāi)發(fā)農(nóng)村人口職業(yè)教育資源,在解決這些矛盾和滿(mǎn)足城鎮(zhèn)化現(xiàn)實(shí)要求的基礎(chǔ)上,推進(jìn)農(nóng)村人口職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The advancement of urbanization puts forward higher demands on the vocational quality of the rural population, mainly manifested in professional theoretical literacy, professional expertise, continuous learning ideas and independent innovation ability. At present, there are a series of realistic contradictions in the vocational education of the rural population. We should adopt various effective countermeasures, innovate the concept of the development of vocational education of the rural population, give full play to the functions of the government, and increase the construction of vocational education colleges and universities. Strengthen the systematic improvement of rural population quality, develop rural population vocational education resources, on the basis of solving these contradictions and meeting the practical requirements of urbanization, promote the development of rural population vocational education.
