【摘要】：長期以來,我國成人教育學(xué)科建設(shè)成效顯著,但學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)方面還存在一些問題包括:學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)體系薄弱,發(fā)展不均衡;學(xué)科缺乏"成人"意識,知識界定模糊;學(xué)科體系結(jié)構(gòu)照搬西方經(jīng)驗,本土化特色不鮮明等。優(yōu)化成人教育學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)遵循獨立性、原創(chuàng)性、科學(xué)性、實踐性等原則,堅持學(xué)科均衡發(fā)展,完善學(xué)科架構(gòu);更新學(xué)科建設(shè)理念,強化理論與實踐結(jié)合;深化成人教育學(xué)科理論研究,加快成人教育學(xué)科研究步伐,最終實現(xiàn)學(xué)科機制優(yōu)化的目的。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the discipline construction of adult education in our country has achieved remarkable results, but there are still some problems in the subject structure, such as weak discipline structure system, uneven development, lack of adult consciousness and vague definition of knowledge. The discipline system structure copy the western experience, the localization characteristic is not bright and so on. To optimize the subject structure of adult education, we should follow the principles of independence, originality, science and practice, insist on the balanced development of the subject, perfect the discipline structure, renew the concept of discipline construction, and strengthen the combination of theory and practice. Deepening the theoretical research of adult education, speeding up the pace of adult education, and finally realizing the goal of optimizing the discipline mechanism.
