【摘要】：我國的成人教育為大眾提供大量教育機會,培養(yǎng)了大批優(yōu)秀人才,在很大程度上彌補了高等教育的不足,但同時還存在許多問題。這些問題的出現(xiàn)直接或間接影響了成人教育的教學質(zhì)量,影響了我國終身教育體系的構(gòu)建。鑒于此,應借鑒西方國家終身教育的成功經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合中國國情,明確成人教育的理念目標,制定成人教育發(fā)展方案,提高成人教育教學質(zhì)量,進一步推動我國終身教育的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The adult education of our country provides a large number of educational opportunities for the masses, trains a large number of outstanding talents, to a great extent makes up for the deficiency of higher education, but at the same time, there are still many problems. The emergence of these problems directly or indirectly affects the teaching quality of adult education and the construction of lifelong education system in China. In view of this, we should draw lessons from the successful experience of lifelong education in western countries, make clear the idea and target of adult education, formulate the development plan of adult education, improve the quality of adult education teaching, and further promote the development of lifelong education in our country.
