生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論下的兒童學(xué)習(xí)障礙個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:兒童是人類社會(huì)中的一個(gè)重要群體,他們的成長(zhǎng)和教育直接關(guān)系到家庭、國家、社會(huì)、世界的進(jìn)步,然而在該群體中存在相當(dāng)比例的學(xué)習(xí)障礙。探究學(xué)習(xí)障礙成因并通過社會(huì)工作手段干預(yù)解決,不僅對(duì)促進(jìn)兒童健康成長(zhǎng)具有重要意義,還對(duì)豐富社會(huì)工作內(nèi)容、促進(jìn)社會(huì)工作實(shí)務(wù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展等具有重要意義。 本研究從環(huán)境系統(tǒng)理論的角度對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)障礙兒童的家庭環(huán)境、學(xué)校環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境等生活環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,,找到學(xué)習(xí)障礙形成的具體原因,建立基于生態(tài)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)理論的學(xué)習(xí)障礙兒童介入模型。結(jié)合具體個(gè)案,采用觀察、問卷、訪談、行動(dòng)研究和敘事治療等方法,通過家庭這一關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),改善案主的親子關(guān)系、師生關(guān)系,轉(zhuǎn)變案主父母的教育理念和教養(yǎng)方式,使案主獲得更廣泛的人際支持,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,從案主具備的優(yōu)勢(shì)能力入手,改變案主自身的內(nèi)環(huán)境,通過對(duì)案主的心理、行為、認(rèn)知進(jìn)行干預(yù),增強(qiáng)了案主自信心,調(diào)動(dòng)了其學(xué)習(xí)興趣,提高了其學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),改善了其學(xué)習(xí)能力和學(xué)習(xí)策略,強(qiáng)化案主在與環(huán)境互動(dòng)中的改變;案主的學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)得到提高,扭轉(zhuǎn)了案主學(xué)業(yè)成就與智力不匹配的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:Children are an important group in human society. Their growth and education are directly related to the progress of family, country, society and the world. However, there is a considerable proportion of learning disabilities in this group. Exploring the causes of learning disabilities and solving them by means of social work are of great significance not only to promote the healthy growth of children, but also to enrich the contents of social work and promote the further development of social work practice. From the perspective of environmental system theory, this study analyzes the living environment of children with learning disabilities, such as family environment, school environment, social environment and so on, and finds out the specific reasons for the formation of learning disabilities. The intervention model of children with learning disabilities based on ecological environment system theory was established. Combined with specific cases, by means of observation, questionnaire, interview, action research and narrative therapy, through the key link of family, we can improve the parent-child relationship, teacher-student relationship, and change the parents' educational concept and parenting style. On the basis of this, the author can change his own internal environment by intervening in his psychology, behavior and cognition, so as to enhance his self-confidence. Mobilize their interest in learning, improve their learning motivation, improve their learning ability and learning strategies, strengthen the change in the interaction between the victim and the environment. It reverses the mismatch between academic achievement and intelligence.
