【摘要】：開放大學(xué)是利用現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育手段滿足各類民眾學(xué)習(xí)需求的新型開放高等教育。開放大學(xué)具有辦學(xué)空間的開放性、辦學(xué)手段的遠(yuǎn)程性、辦學(xué)價(jià)值的公共性和教育內(nèi)容的實(shí)用針對(duì)性。江蘇開放大學(xué)具有四個(gè)方面的價(jià)值定位:以服務(wù)江蘇學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)和全民學(xué)習(xí)為基礎(chǔ),以構(gòu)建江蘇現(xiàn)代國民教育體系為價(jià)值規(guī)引,以服務(wù)教育強(qiáng)省和江蘇教育現(xiàn)代化為目標(biāo)追求,以完善的制度設(shè)計(jì)和豐富的實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新為建設(shè)理念。需要采取四個(gè)方面的措施建設(shè)好江蘇開放大學(xué)。
[Abstract]:Open University (OU) is a new type of open higher education which uses modern distance education to meet the needs of all kinds of people. Open University has the openness of the space for running a school, the distance of the means of running a school, the publicity of the value of running a school and the practical pertinence of the content of education. The Open University of Jiangsu has four value orientations: serving the learning society of Jiangsu and learning for all, taking the construction of modern national education system of Jiangsu as the value criterion, and pursuing the goal of serving the strong province of education and the modernization of education in Jiangsu. Perfect system design and rich practice innovation as the construction idea. Need to take four aspects of measures to build a good Jiangsu Open University.
