【摘要】：在老齡化進(jìn)程加速的背景下,老年繼續(xù)教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展對(duì)提升我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和老年勞動(dòng)者整體素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)健康老齡化有著重要意義。分析老齡化社會(huì)進(jìn)程中影響繼續(xù)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展因素,發(fā)現(xiàn)繼續(xù)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展在管理體制、教學(xué)資源、教育模式、教學(xué)形式、教學(xué)內(nèi)容等方面存在諸多困難。為此,可以從兩個(gè)方面探討繼續(xù)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展的路徑:一是從國(guó)家和社會(huì)層面加強(qiáng)宣傳,提高認(rèn)識(shí)、理順管理體制、加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、完善法律法規(guī);二是從機(jī)構(gòu)層面拓寬教學(xué)內(nèi)容、加強(qiáng)師資力量建設(shè)、改革教學(xué)方式和手段,促進(jìn)老年繼續(xù)教育可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the background of accelerating the aging process, the sustainable development of the continuing education for the elderly is of great significance to the improvement of the level of economic development and the quality of the elderly workers and the realization of healthy aging. By analyzing the factors affecting the sustainable development of continuing education in the process of aging society, it is found that there are many difficulties in the sustainable development of continuing education in the aspects of management system, teaching resources, educational model, teaching form, teaching content and so on. To this end, we can explore the path of sustainable development of continuing education from two aspects: first, from the national and social levels to strengthen publicity, improve awareness, rationalize the management system, increase investment in funds, improve laws and regulations; Second, we should broaden the teaching content from the institutional level, strengthen the construction of teachers' strength, reform the teaching methods and means, and promote the sustainable development of continuing education for the elderly.
