[Abstract]:China's special education is in a rapid development stage, "to do a good job of special education" is our country's "Thirteenth Five-Year" period of the established goal task. Teachers of special education are the cornerstone of the steady development of special education. The investigation of their professional situation can provide reference for the construction and management of special education teachers. This study investigated 347 special education teachers' job commitment, job burnout and job satisfaction in 17 provinces. The questionnaire of primary and middle school teachers' occupational commitment, the questionnaire of MBI job burnout and the scale of job satisfaction were used as measuring tools. The statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to deal with and analyze. The results show that: 1, age, professional title and income have significant influence on professional commitment of special education teachers, nationality, academic background and school area have significant influence on job burnout of special education teachers. Nationality and income have significant influence on the professional satisfaction of special education teachers, there is a significant negative correlation between professional commitment and job burnout of special education teachers, and there is a significant positive correlation between professional commitment and job satisfaction. There is a significant negative correlation between job burnout and job satisfaction. The three dimensions of professional commitment of special education teachers can predict job burnout and positively predict job satisfaction. The emotional exhaustion dimension of job burnout has a negative predictive effect on job satisfaction. 4. The job satisfaction of special education teachers plays an intermediary role between job burnout and career commitment.
