【摘要】：社區(qū)教育是針對全體社會成員學習需求而建立的教育組織,是服務社區(qū)居民和勞動者自身發(fā)展的重要平臺。社區(qū)教育發(fā)展需構(gòu)建自身特有的目標系統(tǒng)及發(fā)展策略,切實加強其服務社會居民的能力。社區(qū)教育作為大眾化教育服務平臺,其教育目標必然隨社會發(fā)展而進行動態(tài)調(diào)整,從而不斷滿足學習者的成長需求與社會發(fā)展需要。
[Abstract]:Community education is an educational organization which aims at the learning needs of all social members. It is an important platform to serve the development of community residents and workers themselves. The development of community education needs to construct its own unique target system and development strategy to strengthen its ability to serve the community residents. Community education as a popular education service platform, its educational objectives must be dynamically adjusted with the development of society, so as to continuously meet the needs of learners' growth and social development.
