甘肅省肅南裕固族自治縣N村幼兒家庭教育的個案研究

【摘要】:家庭是幼兒成長和接觸的第一場所,家人是幼兒接觸最早的人,也是幼兒的第一任老師,家庭教育就是幼兒接受的最早教育。由此可見,家庭教育在幼兒成長過程中具有極其重要的意義。一方面,N村由于生產(chǎn)勞動的特殊性使得父親長期外出放牧,母親獨自在家務(wù)農(nóng)并操持家務(wù)而無暇教養(yǎng)孩子,這一客觀事實使家長對幼兒家庭教育的時間和精力相對減少;另一方面,家長教育意識的淡薄也使該地區(qū)幼兒家庭教育被“邊緣化”,因此,N村幼兒的家庭教育就值得我們格外關(guān)注。本文采用個案研究法,選擇N村的一個幼兒及家庭作為研究對象,通過觀察該家庭的家長對幼兒生活習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)、家長的家庭教育觀念、家長的家庭教育內(nèi)容等方面來考察N村幼兒家庭教育的現(xiàn)狀和存在的主要問題,并針對這些問題提出切實可行的對策及建議。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)N村幼兒家庭教育主要存在以下幾個方面的問題:1.家長早期教育的觀念和方法陳舊;2.家長忽視對幼兒學(xué)習(xí)、生活習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng),沒有認(rèn)識到良好生活習(xí)慣對幼兒發(fā)展的重要性;3.家長缺乏有效的家教方法,對幼兒的教育停留在“非打即罵”方法上,缺乏與幼兒的溝通。針對N村幼兒家庭教育所存的問題,本研究從家庭內(nèi)部因素和外部環(huán)境兩個方面來分析產(chǎn)生這些家庭教育問題的原因,并針對這些原因試圖提出可行的解決方法。筆者認(rèn)為要改善該地區(qū)幼兒家庭教育就需要社會各方面的密切配合、協(xié)調(diào)一致。我們應(yīng)該建立家庭、幼兒園、社會三位一體的教育觀,動員社會各界力量,共同開展幼兒家庭教育工作,建立和完善N村幼兒家庭教育的社會支持網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Family is the first place for children to grow up and contact. Family is the earliest contact and the first teacher. Family education is the earliest education for children. Thus, family education in the process of childhood growth has an extremely important significance. On the one hand, due to the particularity of productive labor, the father goes out for grazing for a long time, and the mother does not have time to raise the children at home, which makes the parents have less time and energy for the family education of young children. On the other hand, the weak awareness of parents' education also makes the early childhood family education in this area "marginalized", so the family education of young children in the village is worthy of our special attention. This article adopts the case study method, selects a young child and the family in the N village as the research object, through the observation that the parents of the family cultivate the children's life habit, the parents' family education idea, The contents of parents' family education and other aspects to investigate the status quo and the main problems of the family education in N village, and put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions for these problems. The study found that there are the following problems in N village preschool family education: 1. The idea and method of parents' early education are old. Parents neglect the cultivation of children's learning and living habits, and fail to realize the importance of good living habits to the development of young children. Parents lack effective methods of tutoring, and the education of children stays on the method of either beating or scolding, and lack of communication with children. In view of the problems existing in the family education of N village, this study analyzes the causes of these problems from the two aspects of the family internal factors and the external environment, and tries to put forward some feasible solutions to these problems. The author thinks that to improve the early childhood family education in this area, we need the close cooperation and coordination of all aspects of the society. We should establish the education concept of family, kindergarten and society, mobilize all walks of life, jointly carry out the work of family education for young children, and establish and perfect the social support network system of the family education of children in N village.
