【摘要】：正記不清從什么時(shí)候開(kāi)始,很多學(xué)校的專業(yè)"教學(xué)計(jì)劃"變成了"人才培養(yǎng)方案",有的還專門(mén)定制了可供套用的"模板"。人才培養(yǎng)及其方案是很中國(guó)化的時(shí)代產(chǎn)物,影響深遠(yuǎn)。如何使其與時(shí)俱進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)習(xí)近平同志在主持審議通過(guò)推進(jìn)一流大學(xué)建設(shè)方案時(shí)要求的"改革要精確發(fā)力和精準(zhǔn)落地",還要下些工夫。作為理論的實(shí)踐化形式,人才培養(yǎng)方案是使抽象的培養(yǎng)模式具體化,實(shí)質(zhì)上就是人才培養(yǎng)的實(shí)踐化形式和過(guò)程性安排。開(kāi)放大學(xué)在設(shè)計(jì)專業(yè)人才培
